    Please help me bro am struggling with my breathing for 3 yrs and when I sit next to other people I don't feel confident and I keep breathing on people I keep overthinking please help me

      Of course I can help.
      First of all I can tell that you weren’t aggressively breathing as you wrote that comment so take a breath (no pun intended) and tell me what exactly you feel insecure about.
      - is it bad breath?
      - is it that you don’t feel worthy of other people?
      - is it that you’re insecure about something physical? Maybe your teeth or physique?
      Give me the specifics of your overthinking and then we’ll go from there.

      Breathe through your nose; that helps a lot, trust me. Breathe aggressively, but still through your nose. Never breathe through your mouth; keep your mouth shut. Please try this I'm very sure it will help you and fix your problems.

      @@AlexanderSnook I keep overthinking it's like my brain keeps on telling me to keep breathing and I can't control it

      @@goodclipzz Breathing properly requires a level of conscious thought (i.e. telling yourself that you need to breathe more fully) until you do it with virtually every breath. I regularly catch myself not breathing properly so I have to remind myself to do so, and that's okay. That's the point. It's about being aware that you are shallow breathing and thinking about the breath to change that until it becomes natural. Then you have to start over again. Catch yourself not breathing properly - think about your breath (to breath deeply) - repeat. Regarding your nose, I'd recommend booking a Dr's appointment g.

    No one should ever take big breaths either breath out of your mouth. Check out buteyko breathing.

      Just checked it out and it looks like a great practice to do from the comfort of your home but in public (holding your nose like that) it’s less practical so you’d be better off just focusing on “aggressively” breathing through your nose.

      Think I know which video you watched! buteyko breathing has many different things but the main one is breathing light and slow so you feel some air hunger, its really good, Patrick the founder suggest that no one should be breathing hard and fast@derSnook
