I have been using the cleanser, enzymatic peel and the hydra smooth moisturiser. I suffer with clogged pores and my skin has dramatically changed for the best in just 6 weeks. Highly recommend
I was given samples at my doctor's office after a procedure and I asked them if they were vegan. They said yes... I am very upset to find out that the recovery balm is NOT (honey), but tbh, I was not impressed with it, anyway. I only used it a couple of times and it's just been sitting in my cabinet. However, I really like the Sheer Hydration SPF 40, and it looks like that formulation may be vegan?
I use Aluminer hydrating sunscreen and ive rosacea, it's the first physical sunscreen to suit my skin with that heavy feel, there is a white sheen at first but it gose away mostly ,I'm very fair,I actually don't mind a little of the cast to stay and disguise my red cheeks!
Yes it can leave a 'ghostly' sheen sometimes - trick is to apply it then wait a while before going outside and by that time it's usually soaked in and less noticeable! Sometimes this sheen becomes more apparent on some darker skin tones however.
I was using Aquafolia for many many years but recently switched to Alumier since I just hit my 30s, love all their products!! Purifying Gel Cleanser, Clear Shield Sunscreen, HydraClarite
I am excited and delighted to say, I have tried this brand of sunscreen (after trying/wasted quite a few) and this is a big YES for me, will I use this long term? of course! I feel lucky Dr Sarah's clinic has got these products available given this is a 2018 video.
Hi .. just a general question.. I love Alumier sunscreens but now there are brands coming up with blue light and infrared protection on sunscreen . Do we need to really worry about it ? Is there any myth that we have to shift to such sunscreen for total protection? Thanks
I follow aestheticians online and they all say that whilst our phones do emit blue light, this is all just mainly fear mongering. Blue light is no way as harmful as UV from sunlight
Can retinol make your purge? I been using alumier 0.25% retinol & I've upped my usage to 4x a week but i am getting so many spots ☹😩. Could the alumier retinol be the cause of my spots?
Thank you for the review. I've been using two of their products for about a month now. Their Clear Shield sunscreen SPF 42 which I love, and their AluminEye Brightning eye cream which seems to have the opposite effect on my skin (more fine lines and dryness). Do I need to give it more time to see the effects? Thank you.
Carmen C. Maybe something in it is irritating you? Maybe swap to a different product like Skinceuticals AGE Eye Complex for fine lines or their AOX Eye Gel for antioxidants
I'd really like to know a thing about Alumier 1% retinol, am I not going over the top with the strenght? I'm 33. I heard 1% is for over 50's... is it not going to cause me damage or build up a tolerance too quickly? I'd really appreciate 😍
The actual tube for the moisturiser is a huge illusion. I opened it up and maybe a tenth of the tube actually contains the moistutiser. The rest is hollow. It kind of annoyed me because its 50 quid for one bottle
How did you manage to open it? What did you do? Only I think it’s a bit of a bad design as you can’t see how much product there is left and also it would be good to get every last bit of cream out before throwing away as it’s so pricey
@@sammyh8674 so twist the silver cap til the middle pops up and twist further while pulling up. You can get rid of the outer silver bit. Then pull the squirty bit up through the holes on the side and the entire middle section comes out. That tube is 2/3 of the total length. Completely pull the silver squiter cap off and i stuck a cotton bud in to see how deep it was. p.s its not deep at all
Have you ever tried anything from Alumier? Or is there anything you're really keen to try? I'd love to know!
Hi Sarah! Love your videos!! Can you please tell me how you buy these products from the site or elsewhere, seems quite complicated. Thanks

Hello Dr Tonks, Is the Moisture Matte waterproof? Do I need to re-apply it after swimming?

Yes, for a short period of time it can make breakouts worse. But helps in the long term
Hi can we use ascorbic acid serum after using the bright and clear solution?
Hi

I’m in Canada
How I can buy ?

Dr Sarah Tonks, thank you for the advice.
I experienced the same issue as you. I have really bad dark circles and more wrinkles under my eyes.

That’s great. Thanks for that. Not great that there’s not much in it though
@@sammyh8674 no problem. I just thought people should know
Totally agree regarding the moisturiser at that price £50 it's not a full bottle.
Does this line have make up as well?
Holly Nippard they do not!
