Yes, in Nauvoo, _Jonathan Browning_ and his son later in Ogden, _John Moses Browning_ .
My wife and I served as Temple Missionaries in Nauvoo for six months including Summer in 2023. A tremendous experience. I know The Holy Temple is _TRUE_ !!

Wonderful. I visited Nauvoo for the first time three weeks ago. I loved it. I had imagined bigger streets and bigger homes. :)
I was able to do baptisms with two of my granddaughters. It was wonderful, but I didn't plan nearly enough time to visit everything I wanted to see.

Thank you so much for sharing this, David and Brian! I was very touched and if we ever get to Nauvoo again (which would be a miracle at this point) we will definitely stop at Brian and Alane's new museum, along with everything else there :)

Thank you David for sharing this wonderful interview with us about opening day at Nauvoo. We loved listening about the history of Joseph Smith and Eliza and many others right there in Nauvoo. You are just so special to us. What a blessing you are to all of us. Ray and Bev

We were so thrilled when the Nauvoo Temple was rebuilt. We traveled and attended the open house. It was wonderful and Unforgettable and I've always wanted to go back. The spirit was so powerful and there were so many interesting things to see. However, I was unprepared for The melancholy feelings that came over me at times. I new of the sad events that had occurred there, but wow, it was rough at times. That road where Joseph and Hyrum rode to their imprisonment and martyrdom was especially a tearjerker.

Brother Stutzman, I would like to speak with you and your wife regarding artifacts of Joseph and Hryum that I may be willing to share with you next year for three months. I know Craig Dunn and his artifacts.

Touring all the Church history sites would be interesting, but it certainly isn't necessary to be a good member.

    David
Go see the Browning museum there in OGDEN
Papa Browning had the Nauvoo gunsmithery
His son JOHN MOSES by his second wife was the Edison of firearms and all gunnery fans regard him as the unsurpassed genius whose inventions are still used in most modern guns and the US military for over a century
The biographies of his life are great and there are many many youtube vids

He should have turned his camera sideways from the start for better showing the items
