Can we talk about Shane's conversation with his friend getting the weird TLC editing treatment for WEEKS now, in the most egregious example yet. We kept seeing clips of him crying and saying he didn't want to be weak, obviously meant to make us think he was upset about Ashley dating, but it turns out he was upset about having CANCER. What the heck, TLC!
We can tolerate being bad to partners who can leave. You are not supposed to be bad to kids or leave kids. That is why Kody will be number 1.
Could Garrick be on the autism spectrum? His emotions are so flat, his reactions are often inappropriate, he doesn't seem to get other people's social cues...

If Danielle Davis is supposed to marry the new wife, shouldn’t she at the very least be more involved with finding her and establishing a relationship? Marrying someone only for your husband to have another partner and she doesn’t have a relationship with her is even more crazy than having multiple wives!

It’s illegal. So a suggestion they turn themselves in to the local law enforcement office might be might response. But the point of the show is to show the audience that when asked the public is fine with all this it should not be illegally any more. That is why they keep doing that little song and dance.
Garrick thinks god is talking directly to him and is one step away from declaring himself the prophet, he is 100 time worse than Kody. At least Kody was up front and got women who believed in polygamy instead of forcing his wife of 15 years in to it

Becky and Justin weren’t raised knowing proper boundaries. Both were part of “important” families in their cult and would have gotten everything they wanted and anyone. This is especially true of Becky who has said in interviews Justin wasn’t even really interested in her and she managed to marry him anyway.

it happens all the time. I’m a cancer patient and it’s almost a daily even that someone in one of my groups posts that her husband had been cheating on her and she is now getting divorced
My father died from kidney cancer because filled his kidney and it metastasized to his liver. He was given 6mos to live upon diagnosis but only lived 4 months.
Why are they married when they are just hooking up randomly?

I disagree with you, polygamy is horrible for the children, and the women are often raised in it and unable to resist. It's also terrible for society.

Are you sure he said he was actually dying of cancer? I don't recall this. He talked about having it, etc., but I'm not so sure about the "dying" part.
That was my impression based on him crying and saying he wanted a partner for Ashley. He thinks he won’t be around long. I totally get that gear which is why I find it so wild that she is spending her time focused on dating rather than being with her husband. If I was worried John could die soon, I would spend every second together as a family

Thanks for watching for us. I decided NOT to pay for channel to see it, but to rely on you to tell me what happened. So far, I am content with my decision.
He probably has ongoing chronic health issues if he is in remission and had a partial nephrectomy. It’s nothing to sneeze at. May not be dying of course but a serious condition that needs long term attention. It actually makes some sense. People facing long term co sequences that have beat death do a lot. They try new things. Trust me.
Shane is just broken and whipped. I don’t sense a lot of chemistry between Shane and Ashley…. I think Ashley used him to have kids and is now awaiting his death so she can move on.
I'll never watch this crazy show, but I LOVE the 2 of you together! So now I know more than I ever wanted to about SSW.And why did I cry over your little guys mug!?!? 😢😅

Interesting that the Muslim couple talks about how polygamy is ok in their religion. They forgot that drinking alcohol is NOT. So weird that they would meet in a wine bar and drink!
