Kevin, it would be really helpful for all of your subscribers when you explain a new thing to go through all steps on the computer and navigating your work steps instead verbally specially when you troubleshooting as a help desk.

I can't answer that because it depends on the company and job requirements. Some companies will ask for it and some might not ask for it.
Are labs free?
You can make your own lab or pay for it? Up to you.
