Finally I had time to finish editing this video for you guys. The custom exhaust was made by NRP Exhausts located in Bilsthorpe UK. It sounds very deep without the bothering crack....Finally.
I am very happy with the result, I recommend to use headphones or decent soundbar/ speakers to hear it properly...Enjoy

Hi, your jetting is incorrect, we spoke about it the other day, the front cylinder is the closest to the front wheel, so the front cylinder needs the 130 jet and the rear cylinder closest to the rear wheel will need the 127.5, the main reason for this is the placement of the air filter and the way the air flow is being taken in by the carbs.
Yes I am totally aware that I made the video wrong, however it was fitted correctly in my bike. Yes Front needs bigger jet, rear needs the smaller one.

Hopefully NRP can sell their products on the mainstream globally for these "older" bikes.
I don't know about y'all but finding great aftermarket stuff like this for anything older than 1999 in the states is like pulling teeth! And the ones you can find price gouge like crazy!
Unfortunately not... He has enough on his plate here in the UK I doubt he will ever bother to sell over the pond... Sorry mate. Also I know what you talking about... Parts and custom bits are very rare for these bikes nowadays.

Great video. I think I just found my new ring tone. Your Virago sounds like " I am coming, get out of my way! ". Maybe other Virago owners would be interested upgrading the exhaust system on their ride and it could grow a booming business, and you could make some money out of it. I have the impression, based on your words, that a bike owner always can find something to do on his or her ride. Thank you for the interesting video.
Thank you for your kind words. Yes you can definitely hear it 😁 but it still passed the MOT without any problems because it is a nice deep tone and not a bothering scream... Business?? I don't think so. I don't get commission for sending customers to NRP Exhausts or through UA-cam monetization (which is by the way seems unreachable.. 😕 1000 subscribers🤔.. I have no chance😁) and yes you can always do something or buy something for your pride and joy💸💸at least that's what I do😂

I changed my exhaust from the original and put on the blackwidow , that sounds good to me but your new exhaust sounds great, but I would be worried about the sound attracting the old bill , but the blackwidow exhaust manufacturers do say mot friendly and only costing £345 . Nice virago you have got and I will be watching all that you put out on UA-cam 👍
Thank you, and welcome to my channel. The blackwidow is not much louder than the stock, and I had problems with the welds, also had dents... So had to go. The one I have is full custom made and cost over 500. However I am planning to start making exhausts for the Viragos (535 all the way to 1100) which will be more affordable... I will do one for the 535 soon(ish) I'm working on, so keep your eyes on the uploads... Thanks again 👍
