    Ingredients:
    3 Egg whites, room temperature
    30g (2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons) Sugar
    10 (1 tablespoons + 1 teaspoons) Cornstrach
    Pinch Salt
    Optional:
    Vanilla extract
    Food coloring
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl whisk egg whites with pinch of salt. Whisk until foamy, add corn starch (If you want to add food coloring and vanilla extract add it at this stage) and gradually add sugar, keep whisking until stiff peaks form. (If you want to add food coloring and vanilla extract add it at this stage).
    3. Spread egg white mixture over the parchment paper and bake for about 25-26 minutes.
    4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
    Notes:
This bread has no taste of a real bread and to be honest, it doesn’t taste so good, it tastes Like lightly sweetened egg or omelette. So if you are looking for a recipe for real bread, maybe you should try different recipe :)

I stuffed this with some strawberries & almond and adding strawberry flavour with pink color after baked i add 2 tbsp of vanilla greek yogurt which was mixed with 1/2 tsp of honey and strawberry slices on the top
So it became like healthy high protein strawberry cake 🤗🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

Tips my mom taught me. Add some lemon juice or vinegar while mixing the egg whites it will reduce the eggy taste.
Notes: It will still have the eggy smell but it doesn’t have the taste. And you don’t need to add lemon juice to chocolate cake since the chocolate overpower the eggy taste ^^! Hope it this help!

Traditionally it is served with local growing fruit and fresh whipped local cream, usually at Christmas time as it is hot and the because it is meant to be served cold it is seen as refreshing. I am about to try this out and I have a question about the extract i want to use- does it HAVE to be vanilla? Because I have no vanilla yet I DO have almond extract.

It doesn’t matter because it’s just flavoring.
      You can use any extract.
