This mobile home is full of surprises on the inside, with upgrades everywhere! This is a 30x52 mobile home. The manufacturer for this home is All American Homes, the model name for this home is the "Alexandria." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1,560 sq ft. This home has quartz countertops! The Master bath is jaw dropping with a ceramic tile shower. I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

@@myytchannel6632 Of course, a quality modular home like this is expensive. You get kilotons of quality for the money. If you want or need cheap, then you probably should be looking at singlewide mobile homes.

What's the price?
This is the best house I've seen yet. Even the master suite is just right. You also don't have waisted space that is placed entirely in the master bath. So the living room is huge like it should be and open. Too many similar homes make the master bathroom 98% of the house in terms of its size and then skimp on everything else. And if there is an upstairs it's a crappy modern loft which mean anyone over 2ft in height can't do anything useful with it.
Where I live in California, homes with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms start at LEAST 1 million, this is a DREAM

This is the most well thought out mobile home. It gives custom build vibes!! That kitchen is stunning. Lots of closets throughout, nice size master and beautiful bathroom. The laundry room is to die for. Not to mention hard surface countertops and under mount sinks, and soft close cabinets. It also looked like a build in laundry board? Not sure if it was the electrical panel or ironing board. Plus a whole up stair to finish I’m thinking a bedroom bathroom and gaming area and play room area for kiddos!! And the outside is white and do clean looking with a beautiful front door!! I would live in this!! 🖤🤍
I absolutely love it! I’ve lived in trailers forever, as a matter of fact i’m in an old Doublewide with a basement. These houses are built like houses when I retire I’m gonna buy one I might change the floor plan a little but that’s what I like about these mobile homes! Dont be afraid people they’re built to last and throw them on a cement basement and you’ve got a home!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Not necessarily, if you know a builder ro help you finish it, would definitely be achievable at a good price. Perhaps it would differ in cost pertaining to what you wanted it to be! Lovely first floor, they are definitely making the utility rooms more effectively, could be a mudroom/ laundry room, I would make that my entrance!!!

I guess it depends on the area you live in. Down here un Texas if i had a choice I'd rather have a house built. For 163k one can buy a property and build a bigger house .
Yeah this costs $163,000 alone, but you still have to buy land to put it on which will most likely cost you another $200,000. So you are actually looking at $400,000 when everything is said and done.

If you want a house thats worth 100k that states mini wage is around 6/7$ compared to other places where the price is super high because the minimum wage is higher.

Its absolutely gorgeous. People need to understand just because something is made in a factory, does not mean it should cost so much less than stick built homes. Countertops, windows, solid wood doors, cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical all costs the same, no matter where its put together.
But that 160 was a base price. It didn't include the sweet stuff that wooed us all in.

Vey Calkins glad I’m not the only one that knows the difference....it was bugging me.
When it comes to insuring these mobile and manufactured are the same. Modular is like a traditional home. Permanent foundation does help when getting insurance. Some companies will insured it the same as stick built if on a permanent foundation but not most. At least not that I have written for.
Having burglary and storms in mind, I would really want the front and back doors to be less glassy and way more sturdy. A lot of mobile homes don't make the entrance doors safe enough. I'd like the master bath to be quite a bit more jaw dropping. But that's just in my opinion. Beautiful home, however! With a little imagination, so much can be done upstairs!💝

Finally a two-story mobile home! When I was a kid in the 1970's I drew a draft of a two-story trailer that I wanted to build and live in! This one is very nice and what I imagined mine would of looked like.

If I could customize that house I’d make a 4th bedroom upstairs on the smaller end and a playroom/media room on the other side and it’d be nice to have a tiled shower in the guest bath as well. That laundry is the perfect set up, I wish the master closet was that big!

Eddie Martinez you have the right idea eddie. ive lived in many multi level houses before and the only way you can pull off stacking living space and be able to do it unstressed is either crawl space between floors for sound dampening or use one floor just for entertaining at specialty times. no way will someone be able to roam around upstairs freely in a mobile home without pissing off people underneath you. i think anyway. one love, G Xx

When opening cabinet doors think of it like reading. It’s left to right. You’ll never be wrong again.
Everyone is impressed with the home. Im more impressed by the fact theres a warehouse large enough with no center column supports to house multiple homes set up for demonstration purposes like an entire neighborhood. Id personally have the warehouse then set one of the homes up inside with artificial turf. Make my own escape in the center of a city and able to park all my toys, leave tools where i want and park anything anywhere i please. Even have an entire indoor garden controlled like a greenhous. Security woukd be stronger then fort Knox.

This finished mobile home looks better than the home I just had built.
I love this home! I’m a crafter, one of those guest rooms would be devoted to being a craft room! The extra touches make this home really elegant! Master bath should have a tub or jacuzzi tub.

@@reneeviola7230 this is very similar to Cape Cod style. I looked at a house in my area with nearly identical layout and it was going for $200,000. So this home for $162,000 even without the upstairs finished is cheap comparatively.

Gorgeous home! Love everything. I was shocked to see it didn’t have a soaking tub, pantry, or freezer space. They paid such attention to detail i would’ve thought a soaking tub would have been a definite. Still a beautiful home!!!!

It’s not about Affording people it’s about a nice house with a quick built and you can pick any land. Mobile housing is not just for cheap junk houses.
Here in Florida you have to have land that zoned for these types of homes. And the property is more expensive if you can find it

I purchased two lots (a tad over 1 acre) with 2 older mobiles for under $50k with a beautiful creek in the back (along with otters, turtles, great sirens and all manner of wildlife - waterfowl are always stopping in for a dip) .and a huge pavilion also in the back of one of the lots (lots are side by side). The location is semi-rural, the crime rate is low and it's very quiet - neighbors are older (which is just fine with me), friendly but not intrusive. Just about all the property in my county is zoned for mobile/manufactured homes. The last hurricane that went through didn't even shake my mobile at all, the creek didn't overrun the banks and there were no drainage problems at all even though they predicted flooding and requested we evacuate which is something I have never done.

They normally don’t finish the upper story for the shows...most shows are a two week ordeal..one week to set up another to show

First: Love the Black Stainless Steel Appliances.
Second: The layout is nice, even though it is a bit to small.

@@hotlittlezombiekiller2729 As you walk in the upstairs door and turn to the immediate right, there are water fixtures and drain holes under the board. This is for sinks and a toilet or a kitchenette. You can build it to either standard.

Oh my, I love this house! We just bought a really nice manufactured home in DE, so I’m not in the market, but I think you have a real winner here. It sounds a bit high, but go look on Zillow what you can buy for $170,000, and then compare! No comparison. Good luck with your sales!

HRH Kashogghi I’m thinking the idea is you put this as a permanent residence on a plot of land. Kind of like how Sears used to sell fully made homes back in the day, all you do is put it on your plot of land, except in this case you would have to finish the top floor

Not enough room for you make that a pantry. Its wasted space. Plus adding bathroom upstairs, now the price is 200k minimum. That's substantially alot of money for a mobile home
Upstairs should be completed with a full bathroom for the price of mobile home, needs a pantry also
This is my favorite home out of all the tours and I could definitely see myself living here. Need a sink in the laundry though and a bath in the master.

@@1223optimus It's comparable to a site built house, albeit a bit less expensive. Also, in many areas of the US, a $200,000 to $400,000 budget is only enough to build a shack, but in other areas, that price range will build you anything from a house like this up to a small palace! For quite a few areas, the price of this house is dirt cheap.

This is a beautiful home!! I could definitely see myself living in it. The only thing I would even consider changing is the washer and dryer hook ups only because I would want my dryer close to the counter which is perfect folding surface. But definitely not a deal breaker. Another great job Chance!! Keep up the good work. Hope everyone has a blessed day.
You don’t have to change the hookups, just make sure you have hoses and a dryer vent long enough. We bought new W & D and we had to switch them because the dryer was in the way of the door to the garage, we didn’t even think of that when we bought them now I am always looking at the space and thinking if they are big enough.

This is a beautiful home. I loved the coffered ceiling. In the kitchen the quartz countertops subway tile backsplash, mocrowave drawer were all outstanding. The closet under the stairs would make an excellemt broom closet ( or wine cellar lol). I was happy to see all of the storage in both baths. The unfinished upstairs was huge!!!
