This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Nationwide Homes. The model for this home is the “Concord" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,600(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I’m with you about the open concept homes. The noise. It just doesn’t stop. Thw other problem I’ve found is that lack of wall space translates into lack of places to set bookshelves, console tables, desks, and that sort of thing. I like walls, and I’m almost half convinced we were sold on open concept to benefit builders bottom lines, and not that it’s what’s best for modern living.
I agree with you. I've owned two different homes. One open concept and the other with some division of the kitchen and dining nook. I much prefer the latter. I like lots of built in cabinets and storage. Also, this is spacious enough for my oversized furniture.
I believe carpets should be left for bedrooms only. Stunning modular home and like the open plan layout. 🙏🏾❤️🇬🇧
I loved how big the master bed room is, I really was thinking the Master Bath would of had a Garden Tub !!!
I fully agree with you about the open floor plan vs the sectioned out option. I prefer a bit of separation between the cooking ruckus and the living room ruckus 😅

Chance?? This does not look like a modular home 🏠🏡 it looks like a regular house! It is very elegant looking!! The Living, Dining, Family, and Laundry Room's are very comfortable, pretty and cozy. The Kitchen is wide open and spacious!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic and well-made. The Upstairs is well-kept and great artistry. Just a super smart home 🏠🏡!! This is beautiful! A little carpeting is nice perhaps in the living room, family room, bedrooms, but not in foyers, dining areas, bathrooms, hallways or on stairs, please😁. I love that the kitchen "hidden" from other main rooms and the front door! 🤗
Wow! There are a few things I'd change but not much. I want to send condolences to you and your family. Grandparents are certainly a special kind of people. I miss mine so much. Sending love, hugs and prayers to all of you.
I really like this floor plan! It's not completely open. I love that there's a half-bath for company and that the bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway. The family area can stay private. And, the closet is not in the bathroom! YAY!
Carpet in the dining room 🤔????? Whoever decided that needs another job. Or, they also own a carpet company and they're thinking about future business. Must be the same person who decided to put the water heater in a bedroom closet 🤦♀️.

I love the open plan without seeing the kitchen. Love the carpet. Cozy, warm feeling, and adds a touch of luxury. But that's just me.

Love this home! I really like the floor plan and the walls separating the kitchen from the living area. One thing that would help if it had a pantry; otherwise it is perfect.
Definately needs a pantry.
Really nice setup the second floor offers a ton of space to later finish, off the bat what this house is missing is a walk in pantry, something this nice needs a walk in pantry I think it would round out the floor plan, I know me and my wife toured this house and that's the first thing she said when we walked into the kitchen if it had a walk in pantry this would be in the running! Great video's Chance we all appreciate your time and dedication driving around and doing videos of all there homes..
Beautiful home, the floorplan is really unique. Cozy living area. I like that the kitchen isn't visible from the front room. Needs a pantry. I really love the master suite being divided into 3 separate rooms. The closet is massive, but I don't want the water heater inside it.
Beautiful house. I like the windows, but still wonder why MANY designers have large windows at the commode or the bathtub. Don't like that. I don't like carpet----whether it's a stick-built house or a modular or mobile home----gets dirty too fast and a pain to clean. Would rather have all LVP (or whatever you called it! 😜). It's very nice. And easy to clean!! I really liked the layout of this house and the vents in the floor! I think it would add considerably to the look if there was a fireplace. But, that's just me. I agree about the windows by the commode and/or tub. Definitely not a place for a neighborhood show.
Also agree about the carpet. Especially in the dining room. It's so much easier to keep floors clean with lvp. And, it doesn't mess with allergies.

Awesome floorplan and love the open concept with kitchen sort of hiding out of sight, but still there. And the windows, ceiling and door heights and this home are amazing !!!

Awww, Chance, you went and done it again! The Concord has been mine and my husband's favorite since the first time you showed it. Everything looks the same, but this time, looking through, I would say it needs a pantry and a split staircase. Beautiful home. Thank you for sharing again!! Blessings!! 🙏

Love this floorplan! It's open, but not wide open. Wouldn't have carpet in dining room for sure. I am more fond of the flooring that's in the foyer. Prefer to have that and some rugs. Lot easier & cheaper to change rugs that pull up & install new carpet. Like the prep sink in island but wouldn't want my main sink in island. Just an awesome home. Love Vanderbilt's collection of homes! Thank you, Chance, for going back there.
This is my favorite home there! I love the way the Owners Suite is tucked away. My dad and I looked at this one and tried to figure out where we could tuck an elevator in it if I had to Take in my family members.
What a beautiful house! So many windows!!!! I think I would only add one or two windows, remove all the carpet and remove the prep sink. I love the layout, the kitchen, breakfast nook and the windows!!!!!!

So glad you revisited this home. This is by far my favorite of all the houses you have ever shown! ( outside of the triple wide with the kids suite) Chance you do a fabulous job of showing these homes!
That house is beautiful. That is one huge house. I love the upstairs. Use as playroom, storage, crafts room, etc. endless possibilities.
I found the chapters in ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxYGamVaHfdHiPlAQaLa7zkwR02OKpGYDU to be very relevant to my project as I embarked on building my first ever structure from the ground up. I especially found this Ryan’s Shed Plans to be of great use when it came to building the roof. I was able to do all the cuts and installation by myself, with a little reference to this Ryan’s Shed Plans.
I LOVE the location of the kitchen. It's not visible as soon as you walk in the front door. YAY!!!
I agree with you Chance about the carpet. My parents had wall-to-wall carpet when I was growing up and it required too much vacuuming. No matter how much you vacuum it retains dirt.
I would probably want hardwood laminate instead of the carpet on the main floor traffic areas, but carpet in the bedrooms. Tons of potential for the upstairs area. Overall great layout.❤

I love open concept for two reasons one is for a party so I can be on the party and still be cooking or doing things in the kitchen and not be away from the guests and the most important part of open concept for me is if you have kids with different ages you can see who goes upstairs who stays downstairs and you can be watching the kid, cuz I was abused while my mother was so busy cooking in the kitchen when I was little girl. by an older friend of my brother. He was 5 years older and I was around 4 or 5 cause my birthday is in July and it was in summer.
Love this home! I'm not a fan of open concept living. This is perfect. I only wish that with the 2 story homes they would finish out a second floor just to see how it would look.
All the space was amazing especially the master bedroom & the closet! Enjoyed the tour.

The floor plan needs some closets by the main doors for coats/jackets and shoes

Beautiful house! The windows are really low and close to the floor, but the kitchen and flex space make up for that
Love this floor plan. Love carpeting except in the dining room and bathroom. I didn't see any outlets along the counters in the kitchen or did I miss them? I'd have to have a jetted garden tub in the master bath. You should have been singing Amazing Grace in this house. Love it.

The panel in the storage closet might just give you easy access to the plumbing in the bathroom. My house now has has two such accesses. I had some plumbing issues last year and I went with the option to open up a spot in the guest bathroom to deal with a problem in the master shower. I think a previous owner had a similar problem with the guest tub, because there's access for that in the guest bedroom.

Hi Chance! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! This is such a Beautiful Home! I love all of the windows! And for me the carpet is perfect. The floors seem a bit uncomfortable on my feet without the carpet and just plain cold! I think the only thing I would change would be adding a nice fireplace!
