Absolutely outstanding recipes. I watch him every day that I can. I cannot eat too many spicy foods due to back issues, but the ones that are tame for me, they are wonderful, quick and delicious ! Hats Off. Thank you for what you do !

@@domicio1577 it doesn't take much, maybe a 1/4- 1/2 tsp. Just enough to add color, it doesn't really flavor it much. I do it all the time, cause it's cheaper and tumeric is good for you. I use it in my homemade " rice-a-roni" all the time.
Hi Jamie Team, I’m super frustrated because I own the ultimate recipe app, which is no longer available in the App Store. I frequently prepared meals using the recipes in the app. Even tough I paid for accessing it, now it’s unavailable. Where can I still access the recipes?
Basmati rice cooks in about 12 minutes. Absorption method cooking on a low simmer with a heavy lidded pan so no steam can escape is normally 15 minutes 👍🏻
I love those recipes Jamie and have all your books. But lets be honest, there is no way that a normal person which is not a chef like you, will ever be able to make a dish like that in 15 minutes. It will need at least 30 minutes for that, and I think I am a not a very horrible cook. When you say only 15 minutes, you are thinking of how you are cooking, as a chef, and thats fine. But for non chef persons, much more time will be needed
but the bigger issue is, whether it takes 15 or 25 mins is like "meh" - the question is, can it be made relatively easily and be tasty. 10 mins is neither here nor there in the grand scheme of things.
Smoked paprika is horrible stuff. And what is all this making a steak dressing on a plank of wood. Who in the hell would use one of these in their kitchen - can you imagine having to clean the damn thing. JO is far off the mark sometimes..
