Not mentioned in the song: Leonin (Spartans with Lion Heads) Satyr (Frat House members with Deer Features) Lineages (Less a race itself and moreso just I was born with a dark family tree) Owlin (Remember that one episode of Avatar?) Fairy (Pretty damn self explanitory) Harengon (Rabbit dudes) Grung (Poison Dart Frogs on Gremlin Mode)
Not to mention that most of the existing ones got rebalanced pretty significantly for Monsters of the Multiverse and several races that were UA have been announced for the upcoming Spelljammer books. Specifically: Giff (All Hail the Space Hippo British Empire, wot wot!) Thri-Kreen (Four-Armed, Mantis Men from OUTER SPAAACE!!!) Plasmoids (That time I got reincarnated as a Slime) Hadozee (Return to Monke) Autognomes (What if Robots, but made by mad gnomish tinkers?) And I think they sorta announced one more due to the poor reception of the Autognome announcement: Glitchling (What if Robots, but ones that shouldn’t be sentient at all if it weren’t for a bug in their system…and just happened to look like Dreamworks Minions, but somehow even derpier-don’t worry, there’s lore reasons for it!)
Also Gnolls (Hyena guys, good ones still absolutely exist despite Wizards trying to make them more baseline demonic in 5e and dragging their heels on official PC stats for some reason when they've been popular and playable since 2e)
Jocat is just a irl bard and I love it. He got to help animate a video for, I think it was Tavern Crawl with someone else and the song was sung by Anna Pantsu. It's a pretty cool song
There are a lot more races than what were mentioned in the video. DND is ever evolving and depending on the DM, you can go for some very special races.
Dhampir, Reborn, Hexblood, Fairy, Harengon, Satyr, Owlin, Grung, Leonin, and if you count the upcoming races in Spelljammer then Autognomes, Hadozee, Giff, Plazmoid, and Thri-Kreen too.
@@dungeonmaster3464 glitchlings would be better than autognomes, we need more Mechanus lore... And if they put some playable slaad would be fine to also expand the Limbo lore... hippity hoppity, here comes a grung. poisonous, moist boi balls of fun. they can make poisoned arrows by touching their skin, but they need to soak in water or else they're done the owlin comes in any shape and size, like 20 foot wings big-ass eyes. they can fly through the air without making a sound, as if plain rogues didn't already make you cry There's leonin if having a mane is your thing, or even if you just can't wait to be king. There's so many fun little pokes in that entire thing you have to watch it a few times to get it all. Such as the line-up of elves, notice the one with the '420' on their shirt? Plus the Bard and Paladin again with the latter saying that she could've just asked ;D

Diferent worlds different lore, in faerun they're transdimensional aliens or whatever, but most other settings and hombrews just make them dragon and humanoid mixes
@@Raulgb5 Yeah, in one of my settings, dragonborn were literally just 3rd to 5th generation dragon-humanoid kin, one step below half-dragons. Once you start getting into 6th generation and lower, that's where you start getting into humanoids with potential for the draconic bloodline sorcery.
THe Dragonborn Race started as enemies in early Dragonlance, and they were created via rituals on metallic Dragon eggs. There's a note about em in the 5e PHB. But back then, they were quite literally made from metallic dragon hatchlings.

He needs to update this crap guide...they've added more including a rabbit person race...so many freaking races in DnD, I still like the ones in Pathfinder a bit more but I'm a bit biased as they have kitsune among the races you can pick from.
If you can’t find a game I am a dm for the online adventures league. We are a group of thousands of dm’s around the world who run games either online or in person. And you can use the same character across all adventure league games even if it’s a different dm

Jocat flexing his bard talent
I feel like the last you need to watch now is the DM one
There is also the alignment video.
We all told you this one was a flex. Were you ready?
Gotta watch "I Like girls" by jocat as well. Its actually kinda a banger

For another video with great bars, jocat did a short animation called "Girls" that's really good
Thank you for showing your Reactions...

Thank you for the fun Videos...
Keep up the good work ☺️
Ya boi JoCat do be spittin' dem bars.

Races.... all the races...
It gets even better
Can't wait til you see the goblin video
I guess that leaves only 3 more now. Goblin, Barbarian Remake, and Dungeon Master.
now finish it with the DM one
As someone who mainly plays human fighter...I feel personally attacked xD
Its about time we got to this one
HE DID CUT OUT AT THE "GUESS I'LL HAVE TO WATCH IT AGAIN!!
And that's but a fraction of the races and just 5th edition.
Whats left to react to? The dnd dungeon master one?
Not sure if i prefer the original or Cami-Cats cover
I like the combined version.
Now you need to finish the series and learn to be a dungeon master
Now that you've done all the classes, you need to check out his guide to barbarian(again).
Did you know that jocat make a spooky slice music video?
The best one finaly, now you wiml know what bars ar
Only problem with his video on races is... there are now roughly twice the number that were used in his video.
