Hey Greg, I purchased a set of Khrome Werks Ape bars. it gave me 3 inch rise and 3 inch back. very comfortable. Cheers and enjoy the ride. Dave

Fit and comfort are essential. You also want to ensure you have a full range of motion of the handlebars so that turning, especially at slow speeds, is not restricted. Ontario is one of the provinces that restrict handlebar height, so no ape hangers. Of course that doesn't stop people from using them.

definitely having full range is important. I did a lot of research when buying these bars to ensure that i didn't have to buy longer cables and that i would have no issues with range of movement.
