I think it's great that you did them inside as one can't always grill outside, and it's nice to see you grill in the kichen.
Another wonderful dish, thank you for sharing. I love how the taste of ginger really shines through, delicious. I couldn't find any flat skewers, so decided to use two thin bamboo skewers side by side - it worked very well with no spinning. I used my oven's grill pan to cook, perfect result 😀

Hello Janine - I made these tonight and I used my oven grill - they turned out perfect! I used a grill pan with a wire rack and lined the pan with tin foil to catch any drips from basting.

I really don't mind the smell of garlic on my fingers - apparently if you wash your hands with cold water (rather than warm) after handling garlic it gets rid of the smell quicker.
If your p[ieces of meat are big enough on the skewer. I use 2 skewers side by side and the food doesn’t roll

No I don't. Use lemon juice to get rid of the smell.
I love your recipes, but I don't love the use of plastic bags because it is not a "green" choice: climate changes are important and dangerous... you are an influencer, so think about the power you have 😉
Lol do you and let us live in peace doing what works for us, go protest against Nestlé and all companies making plastic bags and plastic everything those companies are the issue.
I know, this is a little bit weird, but I hate the smell of garlic on my fingers so much, that I wear plastic gloves when I cut garlic. (apart from that I'm quite normal) 🥸🤠🤓🥸🤪
