Usually getting the tank in a Halo game is a cause for celebration and some epic music (see, "Drumrun" in Combat Evolved or "Scorpion Mix" in Halo 2A); here it's somber. You're behind enemy lines, your squad is God knows where, and you're *losing* this battle, but it's Earth, and these Marines aren't gonna make it out of here without you.

ODST soundtrack slaps harder than any of the other games. Has the soul and dread of Halo 3 and CE but has that rock and roll from 2🙏‼️
