A KIA driver with expired tags has no right to be on the road, let alone telling others how to drive. Also, the proper way to address an officer of the law is to comply, not call them the N-word which YT will censor if I write it.

If a person can scream, cuss and physically resist and fight officers, they can certainly breath. This man seems to need some professional help, glad the called medics to take him to the hospital, hopefully he gets the help he needs. SDPD, CHP and University police did a good job and handled it properly .
