- I couldn't believe how super Moist this Banana bread recipe was!
I tried it and it was the bomb!!!
Don't take my word for it, this is one banana bread recipe you must try!
Here's the recipe
(Now updated.)
6/7 large overripe bananas
400g All purpose flour
300g soft brown sugar
112g butter
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
6/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2/4 cups vegetable/odourless oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
White/dark chocolate chips as desired.
*Toppings of choice as desired.

Hello Esther, I can't tell except I measure. What I did was use 1/4 teaspoon, 6 times. Oh dear, I forgot! Thanks for pointing that out. It went in with the sugar and oil. Already had it in the bowl at the point I added the oil.
Please what’s the shelf life of Banana Bread? How long can it stay before it gets bad?
My mind tells me 2/3 days but I can't say specifically for now, especially as it is baked with fresh bananas. Best bet is to refrigerate any leftovers.
