1 Minute Blender BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
190g All Purpose Flour( 1 1/2 cups)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
150g Sugar (3/4 cup)
100g Melted Butter (3/4 stick) OR 1/2 cup Oil
2 room temp LARGE Eggs
2 Large Ripe Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla
140g room temp Greek Yogurt (5 ounces) Generally it's one container.

I made this Banana Bread but tripled the ingredients and used a food processor. OMG it is the BEST. BANANA. BREAD. EVER!!!!!! 💥💥💥 I shared it with my friends and the kept asking me to make more. The only change I made was topping it with crushed mixed nuts and that just made the Banana Bread Amazing ❤️ Thanks Emma for sharing this recipe.

I have been using this recipe since the video was posted but I make cupcakes instead. Let me tell you... it's like eating little banana flavored clouds. I get about 12 standard cupcakes using the proportions in this recipe and while it's true, they don't brown over time like other recipes without blender... they usually don't last more than 2 days anyway because kids eat them 2-3 at a time. Awesome recipe and my favorite so far, thank you Emma!
I can’t wait to show this to my mom so we can do this together. Do it all in a blender! I think we’ve actually done it this way before, but we had I didn’t add the dry ingredients inside the blender. We would put everything into a bowl and mix before putting into the baking sheet.

I made the best banana bread ever watching this. I did exactly how you said even the timer blending - the only thing is I used brown sugar and I added a very tiny bit of cinnamon and baking powder. It came out perfect! Thank you so much - such a great video and tips. Thank you!

Emma i just made this recipe today and oh my god, it was a huge success, I made the mistake of pouring all the batter to the very top so it took a good 1 hour 20 mins for it to be done (i used an electric fan oven) but everyone loved it! Thank you so much, i really enjoy your easy to do recipes 🥰❤

Despite already having a great banana bread recipe I'll definitely try this because your recipes are always excellent, although I'll use stevia and sub apple sauce for the butter/oil to keep the calories down. I always use a stick blender to puree the bananas but your method seems more effective and easier too. Thanks for another great vid.
