Nagka crack lang nman pag masyado marami nilagay mo sa isang loaf pan, meaning masyadong maliit ang loaf pan mo para sa batter, 2nd lower your temperature to 150 or 160⁰C. It may be too hot. Dapat ang batter mo ay half lang ng loaf pan mo. Sobra don mag crack na sya.

Mas gusto ko yung banana bread binibili ko ung naka cracked. Pero yes ma point kc decoration galore yung gawa nyo. Ang ganda masira pag nag cracked. Yummy
Mataas ang heat temp ng oven, maybe you are using a convection oven. Next time you can lower it down. Or if you prefer a crack on your banana bread then that would be just fine.

Halfway through the baking around 30 mins, open the oven and pull out the baking tray tapos yung nasa harap na part ay ilagay sa likod at yung nasa likod ay dapat mapunta sa harap. Kasi normally pag walang fan ang oven, madaling masunog yung nasa likod na part ng loaf. Kaya you need to turn it around. If you are going to watch other videos I have, I demonstrated how to turn it around para makita mo. Thanks.

You can also cook this using water steam or dry steam in 45 minutes or until stick test comes out clean using low fire.

If you want my crack sa gitna, just dip your spatula in oil and itusok s gitna bago ibake, yung nalagyan ng oil na part yun ang mag crack.
I just tried it but it cracked after 20 mins in the oven though the taste is amazing. Super moist and soft.
Mataas ang heat temp ng oven, maybe you are using a convection oven. Next time you can lower it down. Or if you prefer a crack on your banana bread then that would be just fine.

Ang ilalagay mong saging ay 300g tapos 500g to 550g per loaf pan. Equal weight dapat sa 2 loaf pan.
