Subscribed, this was epic!
If it works, it works ;)
For the first time, the main objective has been completed

“This must be quite a crazy best of 3”
Nope
Holy crap what a crazy game, reminds me of a game I watched where there was a crazy base race and seemingly the only unit left on the map was a Zealot, all he had to do was kill the enemy structures. There was a spawning pool and two evolution chambers, he killed one building, and the broodlings that spawned got the zealot to 1/4 HP. The protoss player knew that when he killed the next building, the broodlings would kill the Zealot and the zerg would still have one building left, ending in a draw. So the protoss started attacking both buildings alternating, so that he could kill one building, and then the other building right after, before the broodlings could kill him. He did so, but the zerg player had one drone left and right before he killed the evolution chambers, he started building an assimilator somewhere on the map, so the game had to end in a draw.
The upgrade is: Master Leggy Lighting Shield!
damn.... i wanted a microwave
Close!
@@LowkoTV It wasn't Special. It was Creator.

The upgrade is: Majestic electric boogaloo
Hahaha. Actually its Reforged Archmage fire-deathball

this was the best starcraft2 game I've ever seen!
The initiatives these pros use is amazing! Blocking surface area with changelings and obscurring vision with overlords is not something I would have thought of at the time.
creator making 60 zealots at the 50 minute mark: ENTARO TASSADAR! FOR AIUR!
also lowko like button has been hit
Finished watching it and gotta tell that was the best game i have experienced in ny life! Awesome casting lowko keep up the good work tysm for this cast lowko!
Incredible game! Final move with changelings and overlords was nuts, thank you for casting this, Lowko!
Maybe blinding cloud too them zealots just for delay lololol
thumbnail looks like something straight out of the campaign
The fight for that one base shows how amazing Starcraft can be. The game became a resource war at that point and I loved it
Who would win, a giant flying Protoss city or one grabby boi
Holy insanity! This honestly is one of the best games of SC2 I watched all year!
"So they buffed up those protoss units" ... instantly 3 carriers get yoinked and killed
The yoink and neural parasite make no sense and shouldn't be in the game lol.
@@TheForceHasTwoSides viper is a really cool unit tho and i think its balanced
@@slavicman-bd7jn The way it grabs and pulls capital ships like they are ping-pong balls doesnt seem balanced at all. I wouldnt change much, but tweak its Abduct so that in order to pull massive ships like Carrier, Mothership or Battlecruiser, it would need to get closer. It would still have its pull, but in order to just yoink mothership, zerg players would have to use tactics, either by using multiple vipers in a chain on having to pull their army closer.
Lowko man, thank your for that Intro. I missed it so much! Sidenote: i actually kept watching your video because of that energetic intro during a time that was quite hard for me to motivate. I never played SC2 but find myself sometimes watching replays. Lately especially yours. So keep up the great work buddy :).
SC2 is free, you should play the campaign if nothing else, it’s got a good story and isn’t hard on easy difficulty!
@@Tonatsi Thank you for your suggestion. I actually started playing the campaign after watching the matches again :D. And it is indeed a good story, really cool game. I'm glad that at least a the main game and a part of the campaign is free to play now. Nevertheless competitive 1v1 in a RTS is always a whole different experience.
Spoilers
I thought Creator was gonna throw his army away with that last fight, I didn't realize the last spore was also hiding there xD
Had he had one disruptor or a bunch of templars it would be a different story ;)
Glad you mentioned this on Twitch today!! I've been hyped since then!
That was absolutely insane
It's pronounced Jagannatha :P
Thanks Ian!
@@LowkoTV if you looking for a real answer its jug-un-naath
:) good cast
Of course it is lol
I thought it was pronounced jacuzzi?
I just want to point out that 1 probe survived. Could it be the legendary Probius?
It was the probe from the legacy of the void cinematic trailer.
You can tell because the game was won by a hoard of zealots with charge.
@@flappy7373 Yeah it probably is
Jagannaananatha. One day we’ll get that name down.
I think imma stick with “Looooooonnnnngggg Map”.

I think map will be removed before the name will be learned....
I call the Tempest ability, 'Orange Ammo", lol...and Lowko...'Orange Ammo' hits both ground units and structures, not just structures, XD.
That ending was insane!!
It doesn't get any additional damage against units.
@@NuminorChanel then why does it activate/turn orange when the Tempests auto-attack a ground unit--just for visual effect?
@@Spartsou Just for visual effect. The upgrade changes the anti-ground attack of tempests to have +40 damage vs structures and become orange.
@@rytan4516 hmm...I'm going to have to get used to that, lol! Thanks for helping me understand the upgrade. :)
Amazing game, amazing cast
Incredible game
Incredible casting, your commentary actually made me laugh out loud
This game was incredible. Thank you Lowko for the great job casting. Hope we'll see more like this!
That was an incredible match to the bitter end and I like it! XD
Thanks for the incredible casts and back to catching up. ^^
Great game! Very nice cast. Many thanks!
Long but awesome. Love the Mineout makes your decisions so much more intense and impactful.
The best game of this year
Thanks for the cast!
Two packages of popcorn were eaten during this match. Thx for the video! That was absolutely great :D
"Ja -ga - na - nat - nath - nath - nath - ta" - Best starting quote 2020
As you said many times, this match is a great example of unexplored territory and that's what I found most fun about. Unorthodox methods and tatics made for fun time
Started following today but met the channel three days ago! just started in starcraft weeks ago and seeing these videos is such a good time :3
Thanks for you'r legendary start! That made my day much better!
That game was something special!
This was an insane game!
14:28 you're not fooling _anyone_ with that edit, Mr. Lowko!
Incredible!! I think that sums this up
rewatching this 1 again..
that last match was just insanity.. can only imagine what woulda happened if Dark had either 1 or 2 more lurkers.. or 1 or 2 more broods
Tectonic destabilazers, tempest anti ground upgrade, increases ag damage by 40. From tectonic plates, the Earth's crust, and what makes continents.
Love it how many times Lowko says “he should get rid of the hydras” 😂🤣
17:41 "Your services are no longer required."
"Beep boop" in sad robot
I just love your casting Lowko! Keep up the good work!
Am I the only one who got chills when the zealots charged the mighty QUEEN horde ???? And them bad boys just sliced right through them !!! INCREDIBLE !!!!
I think if he burrow micro'd the weak queens once he was out of energy for transfuse he would have won. That was the turning point in the game. He only saved like 5 queens or something with burrow long after the battle.
no, you are not the only one
What the heck dude! This game was awesome, that last move by the zerg; the changeling block :D
Unbelievable game of Starcraft! Probably my favourite game I've ever seen!
Great game! Thanks for your casting good sir
This match is probably the most insane that I have ever seen in my years playing Starcraft
33:05 this is the commentary I watch these video for.
Creator: why should win so easily when I can make it exciting.
:) Excellent remark!
I've said it before, but I am so happy to see void rays come back into the meta! Those have been one of my favorite units in the whole game since WoL.
Love that game!! Thanks Lowko
20:49 Lowko: "Mass recall of Mothership is an unexplored territory:
Me who did mass recall cheese in WOL 11 years ago: O_O
I don't know how to play SC2 but I keep watching these videos.. this game is fun to watch! I'm learning how the game goes by watching these videos
What a masterpiece game, so many new situations. Perfect.
It is awsome to to see how someone who saw thousands of variations, still can get hyped after al these years without faking it! (And yes, I also was dibbydabbing my feet for the last 10min)
37:11 I almost feel like leaving was worse because the tempests still can get their shots off and now you've abandoned them, whereas staying means you still take the shots, but maybe can save one from the corruptor cloud or at least get some kills of your own especially given the resource situation would have been favourable.
16:25 lowko I believe that upgrade is called pyroblast.
Haha you sarcasm is next level fun!
Increadable game!! Really good cast!!
I love the craziness of the late Late LATE game tactics.
Hiding, obscuring, changling blocking and just outright swamping his last building was sensational.
Can't kill him if you can't click on him, or see him, or even A move.
Way to fight right down to the very last second.
Yeah! With an emphasis on "to the very last second"!
This is the best Starcraft match I’ve ever seen. Insane
new tempest upgrade something with t and d at the beginning...
Total destruction?
Edit: Nevermind there goes my fridge...
Lowko: "I'm so smart".
Also Lowko: "Something something destabilizers"
16:30 - Lightning ballz
I was like, you know protoss has shitload of minerals so zealots will come. Turtle up in a corner blocking a patch with evo chambers with queens behind them. + Transfuse to keep them allive. Use corruptor to destroy the buildings slowly.
Legacy of the Void Cinematic in a nutshell
Wow I thought this game was over so many times and I thought it was because of creator punting it with fighting with his split up army, but no, there was much more left. Definitely a great game!
That was SICK!
I was yelling for like half the game. "Kill the broods and make a ton of zealots!" It took way too long to get there
It only works after zerg's completely broke on gas, so yeah it wouldn't have been a good idea 80% of the game.
At that time Zerg might've had bank to counter zealots. I think that's why he hid them later, to run Zerg dry on other units over time and check if the switch will happen again. Since protoss couldn't take out air army and couldn't reliably have detection with last pushes Zerg missed last chances of adding lurkers.... :/
Neh far from game of the year. PvZ to me is boring and seems stale. Zerg really need a true late game unit buff. The mine the whole map gets old.
@@goatfish480 However as said Lowko, it's kind of balance late game between zerg and protoss right now (after many buff for protoss), if you add a buff for the zerg late game, then the toss are back to not being able to win anything past a certain point.
Just before Creator remaxed on stalkers i thought "hmm what does Dark actually have to defend vs. stalker zealots?"
I think Creator waited so long because he didnt knew how Darks bank looked like.
gosh, that was really crazy
53:22 I'll stay with the feeling of that viper to resume this end.
wow this is cool series
What a game!! definitely one of the best games of seen recently. ggwp! glad creator took that one, by the skin of his... zealot blades? Dark was in hard Call of Duty camp mode in that ending haha!
Wow, I wish I knew it's starting with the canonical intro: I'd find time to watch it instantly! ;D
Very cool late game tactics by the Zerg
WHAT!? Tempests now go FireBall Pew pew!?!? Lowko!? what is this?!
that changling wall, lol
Zerg building that costs 30 minerals, it's invisible mine in the ground which on impact spawns broodlings, as every Zerg building after destruction... that could make that function a bit useful even in "not clutch cheesy early" games...
The thing I miss about the Mothership is the black hole ability, and the Archon Toilet. That was my alltime fave strat.
That was great!
Wow! What a game! Wow! It was so amazing they played till the end!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😆
Absolutely best game of 2020, confirmed yet again after watching again
That was aaaaaaaamazing!
The beginning sounded like it was going to be a musical. :D
i really think this is the best game of SC i've ever seen
Omg you did the intro i love that "hellooooo everyone my name is lowko"
*GASP* I need the way you say "Threatening" for a SMS alert.
Hahahaha, I'll take that as a compliment.
Holy f-ing shiiiiit... I never thought I’d see a classical victory at this level xD
That was intense Lowko, cheers mate!
Great, just great!
That's was a mental ending!
That game was pure madness!
I'm so bad at this game, but damn it's always beautiful to watch pros!
I have to agree. This is the best game I have seen. Like that was ridiculous and I loved it.
rodder
i like how he says "rather"
Your commentary is literally the best. F Starcraft was a popular game, then you would definitely be creator of the year. I hope you always make SC2 content. I’m literally a bot, but I love watching your videos.
I remember that TY vs Creator game, now Creator brought up another exciting game. One of the most interesting games so far
