    Thank you for sharing your story. It’s absolutely horrible to hear that you have been experiencing and suffering like this since childhood, I’ve only been suffering from Sibo for 2 months and already found myself falling into depression and hopelessness.
    I think it’s unbelievable that doctors just diagnosed people with ibs and don’t offer anything else aside from cutting out gluten or prescribing very basic things like anti-diarrhea medication, anti-pain/anti-depressants, none of these really address Sibo.
    I have been on a semi-carnivore diet because my abdominal pain goes away but at the same time it does not feel right, I will be reintroducing various greens vegetables to feed my good bacteria. I will also look into micronutrient and vitamins like you mention. I have become a big fan of Herbs and their ability to treat the body, Ginger really does help out my motility.

    Hello lynz, I was thinking of you. Hope you are doing good. I’ve missed you on Friday’s.
    I tried the gluten-free and the no dairy diet for my IBS for 18 months, I’m back eating gluten and occasional dairy.
    I’m eating as much unprocessed food as I can but I can eat treats. I cut coffee out of my diet in 2011, I never thought I could have a coffee again but in the last 2 months I started a medication called cholestyramine which is something used for IBS and constant gastrointestinal issues and it helps.
    After more than 15 yrs , I have found something that paired with a good diet helps. I did the fodmap diet but the pain and tummy issues were back as soon as I deviated and until recently I was spending 2 -3 hrs a day in the bathroom while taking Imodium but not being able to stabilize my body. For me IBS is linked to fibromyalgia and PTSD.
    I lived on ensure for a while… darn
    How are you doing today? I just wanted to say hello and share a bit.

    Thanks for sharing your story, you really described your experience well. I found out I had SIBO last year after having it for 32 years and I'm finally making progress after much trial and error; what do you think made you sick when you took the probiotics? I get severe pain after I take them so I figured they were adding to the bacterial load.

    • @lynz
      @lynz  4 дні тому

      Wow sorry to hear that’s so long! Congrats on starting your journey. Literally everyone is completely different so probiotics are kind of super random and hard to study the effects on people. For me it signaled how out of whack my immune system was and it proved to me she was legit. The whole adding more bacteria idea is a myth she said tbh and that’s why I tried it. It’s a dysbiosis more than some overgrowth. Probiotics weren’t apart of my healing journey ultimately it was only pre biotic fibers

    Hello Lynz, I am so happy for you that you have managed to overcome your struggles with IBS/SIBO. There are so many people out there who are suffering with so many different food related conditions. Can you tell me this. When you say that you ate a variety of plants, I have a question about your different green vegetables that you ate. Did you eat your green vegetables raw, or did you steam them, or did you cook them all the way? How exactly did you prepare them to eat? Or did you make them in a juice form in the form of smoothies? Just curious to know what your method was, in order to consume them from day to day since you ate so many. Thanks so much in advance and again, I am so happy you've overcome this. You are awesome for being willing to put this out there because you are helping so many with this video.

    Hey,
    Thanks for sharing. But the video is little bit all over the place. Can you condense and tell us what exactly cured your SIBO ? Is it adding more Fibres to your food or the Prokinetics, HCL and Cyprilic Acid.
    How exactly would you go about increasing fiber intake ? Fiber is there in all the grains and vegetables, and fruits we consume. How much quantity of what we have to have ? A practical step to do it would help many of us. Would you suggest someone starting out in this curing journey to go for a Low Fodmap first or just increase the diversity of food instead.
    Thanks again for sharing your success story.
    Also I have slightly more personal question. Answer it if you are okay with it or otherwise please ignore it. Did you suffer more constipation or diarrhea ? How did your stool consistency change since you start this journey.

    • @lynz
      @lynz  7 місяців тому +1

      Hey it was really all of it. I can’t recommend going low fodmap but you can use fodzyme to help for now. Plant fiber and diversity first and it’s what will heal it. Hello Lynz,. I started on caprylic acid just like you did. So far, I can only tolerate 1 pill in the morning, otherwise my stomach hurts. Did you start taking capric acid 3 times a day right away? Or you gradually increased your dose to 3 times a day. I just received my GI map test and I definitely have very high candida albicans, because of antibiotics and PPIs. I want to kill it so much. I am on the strict diet for a month now, pretty much 7 items diet, no sugar no gluten. I also wanted to ask. You said you took it for 3 months straight. Did you notice the pains in your stomach are gone right away??? How long it took you to notice the difference? A month? I heard Caprylic acid kills candida in 30 minutes. i read the study on it. I sure hope it is going to work soon. Thank you again for sharing your story. You cannot imagine how much it means to me. Thanks for reaching out! I personally didn’t feel pain from Caprylic acid. But you could start small everyone’s difference. I had a capsule with each meal. @@lynz Hello Lynz, I agree with you. I just started on 1 a day. My pain is sugar intolerance, gas, bloating and food sensitivities and I am thinking SIBO. But I am not going to worry about SIBO. I learned after a lot of reading and testimonials that Sibo is a result of some disbalance in your gut, and a lot of times antibiotics do not help. I Am pretty sure it is Candida because I get a lot of yeast infections, sugar intolerances and bloating and constipation, food sensitivities. I noticed a great improvement when I stopped gluten and sugar. My bloating was significantly reduced. I got celiac testing done and I am not gluten intolerant. It is just candida eats gluten and sugar and that was giving me problems. I will gradually increase to 3 capsules a day. I am taking Capric acid in a pill form as well. I only could find 600 mg a pill. You mentioned 500 mg, I could not find this dose on Amazon.

    Hi! Thank you for your video. Could you please name the brand and dosage of caprylic acid you took? Did you test for candida before, or just tried to treat for it? Thank you so much in advance and sorry for my English (I'm from Germany)

      Pure encapsulations and I think it was like 500mg for each meal so three times a day. I didn’t test, dr Dinezza just said try it and if you feel better in like a week then you know it was right!

    Yesterday I ate about 2 tablespoons of Sauerkraut and beets with chicken. 10 after I was extremely nausea, bloated, and felt horrible. It lasted 2h then was normal again. Wondering if the probiotics of Sauerkraut caused that so fast.

    Did the Caprylic Acid give you die off at all? I know you mentioned using charcoal.

    • @lynz
      @lynz  4 дні тому

      It didn’t actually. Charcoal was more of a separate endotoxin thing I was doing but I didn’t use it much due to other medications it can absorb. I should keep it on me tho since I just got food poising and it can SUPER help with that

    @lynz, I am so glad you're feeling better! I hope I can ask a couple questions as I suffer from methane sibo/imo as well.
    1. were you eventually able to stop the HCL supplementation or do you need to take it for life?
    2. prebiotics seem amazing for the large intestine (colon) but in regard to having too much methane in the small intestine, I am not sure how that is able to be pushed down/reduced with prebiotics. Do you have any insight? Thank you!!!

    • @lynz
      @lynz  7 місяців тому +1

      I’m off hcl! It trains ur body to make more acid
      2 prebiotics feed bacteria and create diversity. The secret was changing the thinking from “too much bacteria “to just an imbalance of good/ bad The good guys are antimicrobial and eat the bad guys
