- Welcome to this practice to close your day with clarity and set your intentions for tomorrow. This is a powerful practice to set the tone for a peaceful night’s sleep. This meditation is a ritual to be practiced daily, as the final step you take before going to sleep. You can use my soothing voice as your guide or choose to practice on your own after you are comfortable with the ritual. It is ok if you fall asleep during this meditation as your subconscious mind is still listening.

It is time to let today go. The last moments before sleep are so important to us because we take these moments to sleep with us. They have a tremendous impact on how we recover while we sleep as well as how we are refreshed to start our next day. When we wake up, our thoughts pick up where they left off. Tomorrow is a new day. We can use this as an opportunity to give us the best chance to begin our day with a positive attitude and in alignment with our values and intentions.
The guided meditation practice is about 37 minutes followed by soft music for the remainder of the recording.

I wish all of the kind ppl could come together & help those in pain, frustration, fear, depression, anxiety, full sadness. Think of how happy ppl could be finding someone to help them by just listening, giving a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, an ear to hear & someone to laugh with, share secrets with or just sit with to listen to the crickets at night.

I listened to this last night. Fell asleep. It repeated it self 3 times and I became semi conscious at exactly the same point in the video x 3. If that is not divine intervention and proof that this stuff works on a subconscious level I don't know what is. Thank you for all the content you make 💜

Exactly I push play and I woke up in the greatest mood first time I had ever heard it and it worked I do my prayers before I do this though

Today is the day
I listened to this while showering and then getting ready for bed and then while falling asleep. Just the right amount of time. It works beautifully for me. I dare someone to try it :) (feeling the cascade of senses on each side part...I let the hot water cascade down those body parts....it was AMAZING)
...and some say you have to be sitting to meditate! Don't listen to them!

I am not able to observe "it" before getting caught up in "it." It's akin to asking a woman who's experiencing a hot flash to just observe. I can be doing something innocuous and the symptoms kick in.
I have used every type of distraction possible. This occurs in my sleep also. I was curious if there were specific meditations for that. Thanks for all your work. 💙

I was wondering of any one could tell me the name of what happens when I sleep.
I go to, what I can only describe as a world, my world that continues, every night im doing something new but always in this alternate world. I often don't feel rested like I've been on a journey. I could tell you the lay out of the town, of the shops, my favourite shops and faces that I frequently see. Always playing out a new part in the story, sometimes visiting places that are similar but not the same and when im dreaming im becoming aware of that place being of dream... please help me understand, its fascinating. Many thanks xx

There was not enough time provided to do 7-8 breathes in beginning before being moved on to next part of meditation. A timing issue - I had to “struggle” to switch gears & catch up with next part - which threw me off completely. Otherwise good, but will not do again because I need to move into relaxed state. Thank You

I'm trying....I really am. I suffer terribly from insomnia to the point of feeling aggressive when I can't sleep. you have a very soothing voice...BUT at 3:38 I always hear: bring your attention to your breasts...it just starts me off and I laugh everytime....🤣🤣
