Usually I have terrible insomnia and try to take Benadryl or whatever I can to sleep and nothing works. after listening to your video I cant believe it I feel asleep like a baby!!! Switch off auto-play I would recommend. Otherwise unfortunately UA-cam changed the ads they play to always play now at the beginning and end of videos, creators can now only control mid-roll adds (which I obviously turn off).
