I co-authored a book about lucid dreaming, but I haven't created any guided practices because when it comes to WILDs - wake induced lucid dreams - or APs it's such a delicate balance with timing. It can take 10 minutes or 90 minutes and to reach the exact moment where you need very specific focus. I might create some content focussed on DILD sleep incubation at some point, but I haven't got anything at the moment.

At intial stage of my experience i felt very enrgitic and aware but now im not feeling well. Some masters are saying its NAADI MANDALA SHUDHI(cleanising process) is it true. Please guide me should i meditating in subtle dullness or what??
