Hi, yes I have transferred, once after you see the status in EPFO as transferred, that's enough, you need not submit anything. They will do all the related steps, if something they need from you they will let you know. You can check your both companies passbook in EPFO, Can able to see the previous employer amount as transferred amount in current company passbook

@@suman.biswas it takes two to three months of time depends on your previous employer, Just download the form and keep it handy, whenever required they may ask you, or else if the status is like it is approved and transferred you can ask your HR, to whom you should mail the form-13 that way

How did you get a joining bonus ?? What is the procedure to get joining bonus ?? After accepting offer ltter it is possible to get joining bonus in fist month for experience candidate??
Joining bonus for fresher depends on the primer assessment, but for experienced person joining bonus depends on the discussion that we make with recruiter before accepting offer,

Hi it depends on tax cutting, so from second payslip whatever amount you get that would be constant but if you haven't declared tax then from next year March the tax amount also it get deducted. Please watch the video
Its around 20% but inhand amount may not be accurate as expected and they sum both fixed and variable to make a grand total pay So its better you have fixed pay high than increment in variable pay in Accenture

For 5.6LPA they will cut less only, if you have any rent receipts you can declare in tax declarations.
