there is some misinformation regarding salary and YOE. In my case I am 5.2 yoe but I am technical lead(management level 9). Salary wise 15 lpa + 27% variable
This information gathered from some well known websites, might differ based on employee discussion with HR for role and package if they hold any other offers in hand and might even change with Company policies and requirements gradually every year
Can you let me know application lead comes under which level with 3 years of experience. My current ctc is 4.35, how much can I ask for application lead position in Accenture?
Application lead is good position, you could get good CTC about 12lpa to 20lpa depends on your HR and POC decision
i got offer from tcs as graduate trainee with 1.98 lpa and in accenture got a offer as packaged application developer(level 12) with 3.4 lpa i dont know what to choose please help me .tcs joining date is may 16 in Accenture yesterday only i got offer letter
Both companies are good , but hike wise Accenture is good and job security wise TCS is good, based on your priority you can choose one
Sis I made a mistake in action items form. In place of mothers date of birth I mentioned wrong actually 1/3/1977 but I gave 3/1/1977. I inform our hr but no response from them now I'm getting panic how can I resolve this issue
Please don't worry at your on-boarding time you could tell them, that you are confused with date and month, it won't affect your on-boarding

Not sure about the stream, but as far as my personal experience if you have other offers they give good hike percentage

If fresher means there would be an assessment but for an experienced candidate this won't be there

As far as I know you can apply now please remember not only Accenture most of the companies are asking for passport before on-boarding so try to keep passport

I heard after 2 years a fresher gets promoted to next level. Hope they promote you on your 2 years completion, if they are not discussing on it, once please discuss with HR about this. Have you given techleap ?

Yes the above comments are correct actually using techleap you can get promoted early but this year due to no hikes and no promotion this is not applicable I guess for this June they will promote

Not sure as far as I know you can quit, but if they treat it as abscond, then you will not be able to join Accenture again. If it is okay then you can opt other offer

I got an offer of level 10 having experience of 3 years coming from cognizant and joining Accenture in coming June. I asked for 12lpa and they gave it now I'm thinking i should have asked for more package. What do you think mam?
Having more salary is good but in Accenture if they want to fire one candidate mostly they see a package more than 12 lpa means they would definitely pick you, this is my suggestion it's good 12 lpa later you will get a good hike here based on your performance in the project
