Timelines have already closed in May, i would to opt for health insurance for my parents now because of some health issue
It would only possible in next year window again, but anyways try to check with HR, if they could add it from backend
But how can i download ecard in mobile..since it is downloadable only in company's laptop.
You can try sending it to personal mail stating health e-card as subject
by which date we can expect they start sending doj for december. As it is very late because they hire on tuesday which is 26th dec and only 25 days left .

If they will release joining letters in December month, then the DOJ would be in next month (Jan)

Can we increase the medical sum assured default value (self +spouse+ 2 child) by paying some premium amount?
Sorry no idea on increasing the default value, I guess you could do it. Once please check with your HR

If person not married I haven't seen you can add family members inside policy. Claiming insurance procedure will be there in vital portal I have mentioned to read them in the video
Can we claim the money we spent on orthodontics ( the money spent on braces for teeth)??

Sorry no idea about group insurance, you can check with HR, they will provide the details

Please check with HR once about ayurvedic hospital or go through the path I have shown in video, there please check the rules
Do we need to enroll this or else it is automatically enrolled for the employee.. if we are not adding any dependents
For employees self it will be automatically enrolled as far as I know
From where hall I understand the premium amount?
As mentioned in the video go through the policies and find your details
My sister forgot to enroll our parents in the premium health insurance coverage when wondow was open. What is the process to enroll them now ?
Now there is no chance, again in next window she can add them. Once ask your sister to check with HR, from backend will she able to add them by talking with any team

If the dependents date of birth is mistakenly entered wrong, what is the process to correct as in Accenture support they say it cannot be update till next cycle update window. If so how can I claim the benefits for dependents and my premium is also getting deducted.
Once connect with HR, they could provide any support team mail, so that they could change dob in backend

Yes there will be one DOJ mostly in this month
For parents, is there any waiting period for claiming medical costs from the policy start date?

Mam i applied to Accenture in sept month i attended exam sept 30 i got rejection and again which should I reapply to Accenture can u tell me
It will be with in 3 to 6 months you can apply. After 3months from September once try to apply if possible

Not sure they will return that amount, but please check with HR once if there is a chance they will guide you the steps

There is a vidal portal where you can find an PDF you can see steps claim the amount for respective health issues or surgeries or medicines
Is any update in December doj?
There will be doj release in December month on general basis, but how many batches they on-board not sure
Insurance automatically enrolled by accenture or we need to enroll manually
For yourself it would be default but for others you need to enroll manually
I have 3 insufficiency task to be approved. 😢
For insufficient task verification they are taking much time I heard, that's the reason it's getting delayed I guess. Hope they approve it soon by this dec month end atleast. Meanwhile please try to raise ticket for the status of verification

Could you please explain how variable pay is calculated. On what basis% is calculated.
Actually it varies based on your performance, suppose your variable pay they promised during your offer letter is 80k, then generally in May month 40k, and November month 40k you should receive but your manager and HR decides how much percentage they should give you based on your work like that, then it might be around 13k, 20k.... this way they give the variable pay

Actually batches wise they will release Doj's, so for update it is taking long time 😕
