DEEP FRIED Oreo Bites Recipe

- Fried Oreo Bites Recipe

INGREDIENTS (Yields approx. 12 to 15 Oreo Bites)
Oreo Dough
-1 Box of Family size Oreos
-1 8oz block of cream cheese (softened)
-1 Cup of Semi Sweet chocolates
Batter
-2 Cups of Pancake Mix
-2 Eggs
-2 Cups of Milk
OIL
-1 48oz bottle of Vegetable oil
(Preheat oil at to a medium heat for frying)
STEPS
OREO MIXTURE
- Place your Family size Oreos inside a freezer bag and than smash it with a tortilla roller (or whatever lol)
- Next place your smashed Oreo bits inside a bowel and add 1 block of cream cheese and 1 cup of Semisweet Chocolates
- Stir mixture until dough pulls together and cream cheese is well blended
- After Dough is formed, use your hands to roll out a ball and place one Rollo on top of said ball
-Next grab some more dough to cover Rollo and squeeze your bite to ensure Rollo doesn't seep out
- Set Oreo Balls aside and get started on the batter
BATTER
- Grab a bowel and add in 2 cups of Pancake mix, 2 Eggs and 2 Cups of milk
- Mix and set batter aside
FRYING COOKIE BITES
- Place Oreo ball in batter
- Grab a spoon and place cookie ball inside the pan of oil
- While frying, move the cookie dough ball around to ensure all sides of the cookie bite is fried (takes about 3-5 mins)
- Once golden brown take bite out of pan and place it on the plate with a towel (to drain that excessive oil off)
- Next grab your fried Oreo Bite and place it back in the batter and fry it again until golden brown
- Once your Deep fried cookie bites are done set on plate and smother that baby with some powder sugar
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS
- Set oven at 350 and bake Oreo bites for about 8 mins
