I finally find a channel who actually SHOWS all steps!! I love it 😍 perhaps only certain specific things can either be sped up shortened or cut into blinks 👁️. Like the egg n yolk separation . That is a clear easy step that doesn’t require showing 4x in regular speed. But everything else is perfection!!! This is so calming 🤗 🫠🤤yummy 😁
This looks fantastic, for those people complaining about the speed, all you do is watch it in 2x. Perhaps the music pace makes it feel slower. I appreciate the recipe just as it is because it's at a great pace to literally make along side with my kiddos. In a world where everyone needs instant gratification, everything is rush, hurry, speed up go faster, this is refreshing. This video shows almost an old world style patience, love and care. But, watch it at whatever speed you want. Me and my family are looking forward to making it. Thank you for posting, keep going, stay awesome sauce. I appreciate you. ❤️🌞
People just need something to complain about in order to be happy 🙄 Also, because they are completely talentless in the kitchen, they feel the need to deflect their shame onto other people who know what they are doing. It's so sad, isn't it?
You are so on point- I made this recipe. It was delicious. It is not easy but certainly not difficult either. People who want easy fast dessert- open a carton of ice cream. Is that easy enough!!!
I can't even image the time it takes to make a video of this quality, angles, lighting, adjustment of clips & the behind the scenes orchestration of presenting a recipe like this! Beautiful Work... Cheers 🥂💐
Just like making my pumpkin rolls u just have to really follow exactly how she shoes the rolling. Also putting a pan behind it on the flip is easier. I will try with no nuts. To many people are allergic. Looks real yummy I can't wait to make it
A great foundational video! I would prefer different nuts such as hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, or pistachios. I'd also add some vanilla extract to the filling. Indeed, I could use white chocolate throughout and then add orange and lemon zest (or maybe berries) to make a fruity desert. My point is that this is a great basic recipe that begs to be tinkered with. My compliments.
This looks amazing!!! I wish there was a printable full recipe though... The ingredients list in the description is nice and i really dont mind too much writing down the steps from the video but its so much easier to have a printable version, just for future reference!! Other than that great job!
what a great video especially for someone that does not bake well the instructions are fabulous thank you and I will be making this and others so had to subscribe fron Canada
It looks amazing! I think I’d use pecans instead of peanuts but that’s just one of the great things about this recipe, you can customize it, lol. Great video, thank you for making it & sharing with us. ❤
Cooking is an art, she's enjoying the preparation and process. I appreciate her timing when some videos go so fast you have to watch more than once. As y'all see s l o w leads to perfection and deliciousness !
Warning! If you boil condensed milk still in the can (2-3 hours for spreading consistency)……make sure it’s completely cool before opening it…..or, you’ll have caramel aaaaaaaall over your kitchen and very hot caramel on you! 😵💫
I love this cake recipe but I would use just whipped cream as the filling and Chocolate Ganache as the frosting over the outside of the cake. Chocolate Ganache is very easy to make and very delicious. You just need the same amount of dark chocolate and whipping cream, ie 250gm dark chocolate to 250ml cream. Then you heat the cream to simmering point, and stir in the broken up chocolate pieces until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture looks like a chocolate sauce. You can then stir a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a couple of tablespoons of rum/ brandy/Bailey's Irish Cream/Tia Maria or whatever liqueur you prefer into the Chocolate Ganache mixture. Then, scrape the mixture into a bowl and beat it with electric beaters on low speed until the Ganache is thick and slightly lighter in colour. It's now ready to spread over the cake. When I make this for a Christmas dessert cake I dust it with icing sugar and put a couple of fake holly leaves and berries on it. You can also make this cake into the French version of Christmas cake which is called 'Buche de Noel' or Christmas Log in English! It's made the same way as this cake, but you cut a piece off one end and make the cake look like a log of wood. In France, they use a buttercream frosting for the filling and over the outside of the cake. I really recommend looking up the recipe 😋
Absolutely beautifully thought out chocolate desert. I would only have to say this must be a Holiday special since each slice will have quite a few calories. Now I see why so many deserts are so high in calories and why we Americans struggle with weight issues. The number of ingredients adds up but oh what a treat once in while to have, don’t you think?
Wow, that's great, in Mexico they sell some similar to that roll called Chocorroles hehehe, the only difference is that they are filled with cream and strawberry inside and also dipped in chocolate but without peanuts and they are smaller, but they are products from a company called Marinela owned from the Bimbo group, I don't know if it exists in your country but you made me feel a great need to eat these delicious desserts hehe, good video, very delicious, you can see the roll
I find a lot of baking videos do the same thing…they never fully scrape out the bowls and I find it annoying but I just tell myself that they do that just to cut the time short but I would also like to think that they actually do clean out the bowls but we just don’t see it. Otherwise I don’t know why they don’t.
I'd love to make this. It looks fantastic and i love to bake and try new things. I always try the first on my husband the taster yjen i mske it my owm. Please i beg of you to have this recipe posted where we can read the steps. Its difficult to try and the tje steps correct from the video. Thank you for a great dessert 😊
May we please address the best way to boil the sweetened condensed milk? Some folks have alluded to boiling it while still in unopened can. I assumed you poured it into a saucepan and boiled it. What is the correct/best/easiest technique? Thanks in advance for advice.
when you cool it the first and the second time do you put it in the fridge or let it cool by leaving it at room's temperature. and after you finish it do you cool it in the fridge?
Need to add the steps to add with each mixture. Not sure where condensed milk goes. We're able to follow most of it. Looks like a very delicious chocolate log roll.
Not to be rude or anything, but not a single person out of my entire school (which holds over 1000 people) has brought this up. This does look good though, and i would definitely try it sometime.
giving this recipe a try but I wish there was more description for how your whipped cream went from very soft to firm. I can't seem to get mine to firm up, might be a waste :'( of time and ingredients if it is too soft to put in the center. Yours looks lovely, wanted to try it.
Lincoln is hysterical…lol. Noah was the gentleman he always is…❤. Can we talk about how dad had to brace himself for Lincoln and Lincoln pleading for dad to help get this thing off him…😂😂😂. And, that end shot of Lincoln with that arm in his mouth was perfect…😂😂😂. These two have got to bring you so much joy…❤❤. How old are the two of them?
How do I get to your site to see the written version? Just wondering about the boiled condensed milk- I'm sure it would be boiled in can for 3 hours cooled down before you add whipped cream?
The beginning of this session caused severe bordom!!! Her cracking those eggs at a snail pace was so annoying that almost I walked away from this session. Roll up was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
Great video! I love how you explained [6:15]. I recently explored a similar topic on my channel, and it's amazing to see different perspectives. Keep up the fantastic work!
This recipe looks very yummy. Is it sweetened condensed or just condensed milk that is used? As both of those milks are white, I wasn't sure how the milk in the video was a caramel colour. So after googling why this is, quora says "boiling unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk is a method used to make caramel. The process involves submerging the unopened cans in boiling water for several hours, which causes the condensed milk to caramelize and turn into a thick, sweet caramel". I think this explanation was missed in the video. I'd definitely like to make this recipe.

Not easy indeed 😊
Love this but would love to make it with hazelnuts instead. 😊
Absolutely my first thought ! This would be perfect for Christmas ⛄
Or toasted slivered almonds. Anything but peanuts!

I added rice krispie cereal into my chocolate coating, which adds a little crunch, and substituted chopped hazelnuts for peanuts
