They also need to offer bare bone work truck with basic radio , everything manual controls for those of us that don't have budget but still need HD truck. Something price out below 40k.
These 5025 RAM trucks are just too EXPENSIVE compared to the competition. I am a RAM owner, but I think I will keep my current model Ram Rebel! I purchased a 2020 RAM REBEL in October 2019, and it was LOADED! The sticker price was a whopping $64,345.00. The same 2025 RAM REBEL with basically the same options, is now over $78,000!
Upper tier gets a significant price increase ?!!!! Jesus christ my 2024 was already 96 thousand !!!! Damn if i decide to ever purchase another guess ill have to drop down a notch lol
Wow! Huge power bumbs!!😂😂😂😂 Stellantis needs to go away! Ram needs new Hemis to include a bigger Hemi. They need V8 options for the 1500 as well. The days of bullet proof Inline and slant 6s are long gone.
So $2k-$3k "slight" increase over the 50% increase in the last 5 years? Now they are laying off workers here pretty soon? I think the HD Ram is a great truck but when are they going to do a complete overhaul? It seems to be as if they are struggling and make small changes just to try staying in the game. This is coming from someone who has driven Rams since I got a license to drive.
Annnnnnd still no HUD, or even option for one... while every other truck has it... this is a deal breaker (for me anyway). Was looking hard at Ram too, but Ford will get my business.
Why do you lie to people that is not a big upgrade in horsepower when Ford has 500 hp and gmc has 475 hp it is no close to them it is still at the bottom of the trucks stop line to people
Because Cummins owners are Cummins owners for a reason. Towing is not about horsepower, its about torque, and 1150lbft of torque is huge. I own a Duramax but am a HUGE fan of the Cummins. The Previous transmissions of the Ram have been what's kept me from buying one. Would LOVE to have the Cummins engine in front of my Allison transmission.
My 2019 has already been in for several recalls, including a whole new front suspension before 50 thousand miles!😂wonder how many this one will have straight out the gate!!I own a hemi too, junk!!
If you really want and need one get a new 24 or if you can find one a new 23. The 25 will be expensive and you will get great prices and discounts on a 24 or 23!
If the price is like what we see in the past, I would not be considering buying one you put a new light here and there and try to justify why you have outrageous prices. You still would not dress real liability. You can put new engines in all you want. How is the reliability?
Excited to see a non-black interior option. Disappointed to see the oversized transmission mode selector still there. I was strongly hoping for the rotary selector from the 1500 taking its place.
that dont make sense , will it be worth trading in the 23 inline 6 68rfe ? only reason i could see is for the tranny? other then think im good mabey, if these guys wanna keep as a ram owner they should of done more
@CGunRanch.........What's wrong with the GEAR SHIFT KN OB? Compared to a coulomb shift.......................Full LEFT is PARK, full RIGHT is DRIVE, nad if you forget to put it in park and trun the engine off, it will AUTOMATICLY go into PARK!
@@wayneowen5864 Well, I go through about 20 gates a day and am constantly hooking up to trailers. This stupid knob requires you to full shut the door before the truck will move. With the gear shift on the column, you can just half shut the door instead of fully shutting it. I did find a way around it by fastening the seat belt behind me. I guess they designed these trucks for people that don’t use them for work trucks.
@@CGunRanch I wouldn't think the Knob has anything to do with the backing up with the door open. I think it is the transmission being in reverse, not allowing the truck to back up with the door open. I am glad you found a way around it! On a second note, I had my tailgate down once, and the truck would not backup until I shut the dammed tailgate!! It must be a SAFETY ISSUE, Huh?
Ram is not standing behind their trucks. I’ve been a customer since 76. The dash material falls apart after a couple years in my experience. Disappointed.
Look at Ram, we were on the way up and beginning to own the Truck market.. But we hired a sissy lala that will let Nissan catch them, and pass them on the freeway as the ram keeps dropping engines due to that dumbphukn lifter design. Good job R... ram, you lost what you had gained and now your sliding faster then you can keep up. Will be going back to Chevy... At least the Chevy dealers fix your warranty issues wothout be treating you like they done got your money, what more do you expect
@juanhurtado6326.....................Why do 90 PERVENT of the OTR TRUCKS have CUMMINS Engines? You won't see a FORD DIESEL or GM DURAMAX DIESEL in an OTR Truck!
@@wayneowen5864 i totally understand this 5th gen trucks have lots of issues with this cummins i love cummins dont get me wrong but older ones were much better than this new gen

DON'T BUY!!!! WAYYYYYY OVER PRICED!!!!
So minimal change but significant price increase to already crazy high MSRP?
They also need to offer bare bone work truck with basic radio , everything manual controls for those of us that don't have budget but still need HD truck. Something price out below 40k.
They have to give you a screen for the government mandated backup camera.
Not realistic in the new Kamala economy, expect to pay 150k plus soon
Until they offer a reasonable price, sales will fail. They're already $20K overpriced.
20? Try 50%

420 hp they upgrade to 430 hp. Please tell them don’t bother.
Agreed, 475-500 range for the 6.4
It’s stellantis need I say more😮unburdened by what has been😅
The best deal is to keep the truck you’re driving. These trucks are just too expensive.
The rams are the best truck out there no other company can keep up with them!
So buy the 2023 models that are still on the lot at $57k. Or wait even longer for an even better deal?
Nah the way the old trucks are selling you might get a 23 for $47k
So what is the towing capacity of the new I six diesel
Upper tier gets a significant price increase ?!!!! Jesus christ my 2024 was already 96 thousand !!!! Damn if i decide to ever purchase another guess ill have to drop down a notch lol

So a big horn 2500 used to cost 25k in 2020 🤣 yall are so dramatic. Work harder and all your dreams will come true

I would like to see farm testing on new Dodge Ram 2500 Flatbed tow farm cattle trailer up hill waight 4 ton tow test
Talk to me when you focus on making them affordable instead of "competitive". No increase in price is "reasonable" at this rate
All the trucks are to much but what isnt to expensive. Lets go branden
All vehicles went up while Jeffy Epstien best friend trump was in office. Let's go Harris
Id rather not be the beta tester for the new trucks, ill pick a 2024 which is a tested and improved design.
they have nearly a year of unsold inventory and they are increasing prices a minimum $2,000 F-that
What about payload? It needs to have a higher payload to compete with every other automaker that makes trucks
Why do you lie to people that is not a big upgrade in horsepower when Ford has 500 hp and gmc has 475 hp it is no close to them it is still at the bottom of the trucks stop line to people
Because it doesn’t matter. Most people don’t care about spinning the tires at 60mph.

Looks literally identical besides that big ugly ram logo on the back.
Where did class leader come from.low power ..or did I miss something

How deep is your pocket? That will answer your question
Immediately!!!
I don’t mind improved, but new is danger ⚠️
ILL TAKE FORD 🤭🤭🤭🤭
This truck should have a bigger sunroof
Excited to see a non-black interior option. Disappointed to see the oversized transmission mode selector still there. I was strongly hoping for the rotary selector from the 1500 taking its place.
HD pickups should have a column shifter. Anything else is just wrong.
Actually it was not worth the wait.

These are work trucks for the working man ! These trucks are reaching super car prices ! They have lost their minds smh
Its actually not......New Rams are discounted up to $17k right now, you can buy a 2024 for less than you would have in 2020
24 tradesmen Cummins 52,000 Maine dealer
Forgot to mention itll b almost 100k for a basic model
Always need towing! WTH
Same truck as last yr....
Que bella esa Camioneta 😍 RAM es RAM
Scotty Kilmer says the he is are no more and the 1500’s are gone and you can’t get a jeep!!
The he is stressed no more!
The government won't let ram go out of business. Just like ford or gm
@@mbr9106 Ram is European now.
What change
No,
Wait till 2029
Inflation is a real killer . . . Thanks to Joe Brandon and Camel Harris!!!
Too much money for the working man.
Who is taking away the spelling of hemi?
No Fiat🇮🇹
Ford has 500HP and 1200 ft-in of torque
If Ford had a more attractive front end I’d buy one because it’s a towing beast but it’s so ugly to me
Lets see a Panoramic Roof and Massaging Seats
This "music" is all over the place... couldn't be more annoying...I have to stop listening

But who wants a Ford ??????
I wouldn’t buy one because of that gear shift knob. That is the biggest hunk of crap ever. I like the trucks otherwise.

you bump the price even
higher. Typical Greedy
