Cockpit view.... brilliant!!! way to go dude...

      @Scientists_dont_lie 3 роки тому +3

In my opinion, cockpit view is not the best view. Because your already seeing your wheel and hands in reality!
Seeing another set of hands on another steering wheel infront of you is redundant.
When you get in your car in real life, there isn't another set of hands and wheel in front of you.
Cockpit mode should not have hands and a wheel on the tv screen.
The best view is over the hood or nose of the car.

Its a temporary fix, you will have to dissasemble the whole weel and remove the motor and fix the magnet, there is a step by step on a forum, if u want to fix your base you will have to do that. I know u have a logitech now but its for people watching your video wanting a fix :)

Clyde Frog it does work I know. It doesn’t always last but at least it works good for a while. I kept turning my PS4 into rest mode with my wheel attached.
Apparently that’s a huge no no.
But the console doesn’t warn you. I think a lot of people got screwed by Sony/Thrustmaster!!

TheHarvey666 hey I went back to a Logitech finally. I’d raced and rallied with my G27 on PS3 for years without issue. Now I’ve bought a G29. It’s not perfect and I would love a Fanatec or direct drive wheel. Sadly the don’t have the cash.
It does have three pedals and I m getting round tracks ok.
Managed a 3.13 round LeMan in the Peugeot LMP car. Will do the job for me I think.
At this moment I’ve discovered ‘Snowrunner’ and loving so taking a break from racing games.
Sorry I’m not more help Harvey.
I just searched the fault and watched an Italian Tuber fix his wheel. Couldn’t understand anything so froze playback to get screen addresses and such.
Good luck anyway. Sorry I wasn’t more help. My memory doesn’t do what it did lol.

hello does this program also work on the xbox version wheel?

I have somewhat of the same issue. When I plug the wheel in you can see that its rotating very fast to one side and very slowly to the other side. It is able to somewhat "calibrate" but you can see that the wheel is using very different amount of force while turning the wheel. When I calibrate my wheel using CalibMotor.exe it works initially but after a few laps the problem reapears... When I steer left its centering fast. When I steer right its centering very slow...
Any tips to make it work properly again? :(

I’m really sorry that I’m unable to help. At the time, I was trying everything to fix the sort of problems you are having. I discovered a foreign video on UA-cam that did help for a while. Then the fault would reappear and Thrustmaster were no help at all.I bought a Logitech G29 and have had no issues since.
I would just add that I used a Logitech with my PS3 but the PS4 at launch insisted on the thrustmaster as I’m sure you know. I definitely don’t recommend Thrustmaster. I experienced glitches all the time I used it. If I had a choice and the funds, I would pick Fanatec.
I wish you all the best of luck and hope you work something out. This stuff is way too dammed expensive nowadays👍🏻

@@jonathandelmont First of all thanks for your answer! I think I found out that the actual problem is the hall sensor hat the back of the electric motor. When this sensor is reading wrong values it can lead to all sorts of problems. I guess I will have a look if I can find myself a new motor and sensor for good money and ill try to swap them myself. As you already said Sim Racing is really expensive atm. Somewhere in the back of my head I want to buy a Moza R9 but waiting until I have money for an R9 would take month or years of not being able to drive any sims... and thats not a plan I like 😅

Hello, maybe you can help me ... Please answer me ...
I own a Thrustmaster t300rs GT edition steering wheel but I misplaced my power supply. Impossible to find one on the market so I will have to make it. However since this is a 4-pin power supply there are 2 pins which I suppose should receive a voltage of 220 volts but I don't know which of the 4. And the other 2, if they are bridged, or .. .I dont know... ? Can you help me using a multimeter. Thank you.
