Great stuff! How about doing a duplicate tasting but have the wines presented in the opposite order? Maybe the taste buds will react differently? Cheers.
Possibly! There's plenty of evidence to suggest that wines tasted just prior directly influence the next wine tasted - particularly with acid perception and tannin accumulation.
I enjoy the content. I enjoy all of the subjective descriptions of the wines. But dude, : “It’s got like that thing where you just look at it in the eye and can tell it doesn’t have the soul of a young wine anymore…” This man is entering a morose, jaded arc, you must delete tinder off this young man’s phone to have any hope of coherent tasting notes again.
I think I’m cheeky and cool when I do it but if it sounds like that I’m aghast. I will continue to be on y’all’s ass with my comments, this was but an amuse-bouche. I just like teasing yall cuz you have passion about something, comes w the territory I guess.
