the reason the 40mm has so much post pen is that it uses SAPHE, which has thinner walls and as such the same amount of explosive mass results in significantly more damage
the funny part is that both the 37 and 47mm guns in the italian tanks have 8g less filler than the 40mm SAP, they are also modelled as APHE, and yet deal even more damage
This thing used to be like 3.7, even higher than the L-62. It was completely useless back then, so I think most just moved past it and didn't care about the massive BR drop
My issue with this vehicle is that its in a BR where most tanks fire 40mm or 37mm guns, meaning this truck is just as good or even better at taking out tanks, than the actual tanks in its BR and its an SPAA
