- I made a video talking about how insane the ZSU-57-2 SPAA is in War Thunder, especially when it uses its APHE shells. Unfortunately I forgot to actually use said shells, so we're running it back a bit. Two cannons firing nuke shells is pretty silly, as you can imagine.

Or the Centauro 120. One of the (few) Italian vehicles at top tier worth a damn.

As an American main I can indeed relate to the intro,it sucks bull balls to have to use a 4.0 AA at 7.0

Wow that Bud Light Actual guy, scored 3 bomb kills, had 4 ground kills when Spookston shot him down. Meaning he got one ground kill, spawned a plane, got a triple bomb-kill then rage-quit the second he got shot down. What a loser.

You really have to play this medium tank, its the FV4202, a british medium tank that is an early protoype of the Chieftain, it's armed with a very high pen APDS shell for its br and its very fun (attempt 26)

Its a pretty forgotten tank and it's very modern for its br, this is why I want spook to play it, not because it's just like any other mbt
@@YourBoyLarry2 still i see the m901 or ratel 20 as better suggestion, a British bus with ATGM and a 20mm sprayer at 6.7 aint like normal tanks, has thr ability to obliterate any tank in 1 one shot but its large, has to stop to fire and only 4 ATGM so he has to get out of camping site to reload
@redhood996 I actually really like the ratel 20, the Milan atgm acts like heatfs so it sometimes is a bit painful but it's very, very good it deletes king tigers lmao
Its hilarious because whenever I see a ZSU-57 I think of the OG Mercenaries game lmao. Played that SO much when I was younger, I can still hear the voicelines of the enemies in my head.

ZA-35! Its a wheeled gepard that holds the record for fastest nuke and XM800T buff! 1 belt same shell amount and can reverse in -43km.
Got me all nostalgic with that mercenaries reference, miss that game so much.

The difference between the shells is that one is actual APHE while the other acts more like a SAP round that sometimes gets caught on bushes. I long forget which is which.
The zsu 57 2 is quite high on my list of target priorities in wt for a very good reason

I did the same thing he did. Unlocked the solid AP and was slaying with it then realized it had no explosive and I still had the best round to unlock
A long time ago, the APHE belt had more penetration and was 50% composed of HE. I suggested on the forum that it be given a full APHE belt because it was effectively a TD both in-game and IRL and was mocked. Who's laughing now huh?
Day 17 of telling spookston to play the IT1. its a ATGM launcher on the t62 chassis, it has decent-ish mobility, the turret is squished. You can hide behind cover and shoot ATGM over the cover like a gremlin and you overpressure tanks (tho it can be rare, but it does happen without you realizing) and its MG is really werid. Also it has a cool reload animation.
I'm surprised Gaijin hasn't put this turret on a T-34 chassis yet and given it a 1.3 BR.
Day 4 of asking Spookston to play the American M3 Load out;
1. Put the, M3 Lee, M3 Stuart, M3 GMC, M3A3 Stuart, M3A1 USMC, on one load out.
2. you get one life with each tank per round.
3. If you are feeling extra funny do the Grant 1 and M3 Lee load out (Get someone else to play the Grant or Lee too with you)
4. And if you get bored, torture yourself by putting the Bradley’s on the same load out as the first one and trying to see how well you do

To be fair spookston like 5 nations have their own m109 so you could've still run into one
The added a buff to the Tech Tree M1128 and yeah I know the Stryker isn’t the best vehicle but I still love it
dag 122 You should play a tank with hydropneumatic suspension (recommend the MBT-70) But the catch is you have to drop the suspension as low as it can go for the whole match.
I hate facing them from time to time, especially a bushed up one that my team ignores allowing it to run free on the flanks. But I love when they overestimate their abilities and run into my Falcon. ZSUs are Falcon food.
Day 14: I Implore you to play the Rooikat Mk.1D. Its fast, it can resist 50cals to the front, and its cannon tickles enemies to death.

also, I peel from the top, but I'll do the bottom if I'm having too much trouble.
The WZ305 has the type 59 APHE, offering the same pen as regular AP rounds on the ZSU-57-2, but with explosive fillers. Also HE-VT.
I high recommend a revisit.

Hey if you run out of content, the M42 is a basically a ZSU-57-2 at 4.0 without APHE but with a lot of speed and 72 mm of pen.

ZSU is an SPAA that just doesn't belong in the game at all, not a single player picks it to actually shoot against cas, 100% used in order to play call of duty against ground vehicles where it is just broken beyond.

A tank you might like is the strv 81 rb 52. a centurion mk 3 with 3 atgm launchers mounted on its side. quite fun
You should try the ZSU-23-4M2 btw. I know SPAA gameplay can be pretty monotonous, but it's basically the final form of a pre-radar SPAA and absolutely destroys planes. Think the BTR-ZD, but not open topped and a little slower.
