Yeah, that spray hardly puts a dent in my wall soap scum :( But then I used the powder on it and WOW! Thanks for all the tips, especially the drill brush. Any reason you don't put the powder on the walls as well as the tub?
Thanks for this video ! I have a HUGE mess , my shower is the ABSOLUTE worst and I’m in desperate need of tips on how to clean it 🥹 I’m definitely going to invest in that shower cleaner 😃
Omg! I have tried Everything to clean the kids bathroom shower and tub! My daughter likes to dye her hair over and over with a different color Every time!! We have stains that actually look like “hair strands” on the shower walls but are not! They are just stains from her washing the color out and me trying to clean it afterwards 😢 It’s an absolute mess. Any tips or pointers would be appreciated❣️🙏🏻 🧼
WAY more work than I put in. Vinegar, leave for an hour to KILL NOT JUST BLEACH mould, scrub with a scourer and rinse. Spray with eucalyptus oil mix and scrub with a wet scourer. Rinse again. The scourer and vinegar/eucalyptus does the work - you don’t need pressure.
I imagine it has to do with grit grade. Scrub sponges and most things are grit graded by color. I use 3Ms green and red (like sandpaper) Scrub sponges for metal restorations so I'd imagine blue would be a much softer grit. As far as polish goes blue and white are softest grits.
@Stacey L. Dunsworth same! My tile is in great condition considering it's age and I've maintained the white fairly well but would love to see it Shiney rather than dull with that hard water or calcium deposited on it! I do happen to know a great trick for perking up your grout is to take the toilet bowl cleaning gel of your choice as long as it has bleach in it and draw it on all of your grout lines wait about 10-15 minutes and wipe it down with a sponge or just rinse it off with your shower head and bam fresh beautiful grout!!!
I can't get figure out what my old garden tub is made of. built in 1980, its heavy & magnet wont stick to it. maybe cultured marble? brown grimey stains turning yellow as I try to clean it. help?!
Eraser sponge and oxy blue foam scrub bubbles. A touch of Bleach (not too much bc it's strong fumes to breath in small space). .. vinegar and baking soda w/lemon juice, then scrub, rinse.
You must be 'showered' with praise for your cleaning skills!
cute :)
😹😹😹😹
Don’t use that cleaner on brushed nickel. It will discolor brushed nickel finishes.
Whenever I’ve used a drill brush it just slings stuff everywhere. Cleanes what’s directly under it but the spatter travels a few feet.
I would put the drill more on torque then speed
Agreed. Slow it down.
If you have a textured shower pan, I found that powdered dishwasher soap worked well. Wet down, sprinkle powder, scrub in and then let sit.
Here specifically because my tub absorbs dirt and stains like crazy. So hard to get out, but I’ll definitely be trying this!
Idk why but everytime I clean the shower I always scrub really hard I usually scrub it 2 to 3 times and then rinse and dry! It's just fun to me

How funny I use the drill also. I get stains from the plastic shower matt and even the drill doesn't get it off instantly.
I need this spray I was using Dawn power wash and mr.bubbles but the grime is imbedded in the material.
Damn ...using a drill🤔🤔🤔. how about a handheld grinder with a 60 grit disk 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Does the scrubby have to be blue?

Blue is non-scratch 😊
Can’t get this in Germany. Any known alternative?
Is it say to use on a acrylic tub?
Does this work well for hard water/ build up on a tiled shower??? I'm desperate to get my tiles fresh and Shiney again!

It can yes! I also really like cleaning vinegar for tough hardwater. The only downside is you shouldn't use cleaning vinegar on natural stone.
I would give the MORE a shot. Something that could also work is a steamer. Amazon has one from Wagner that works great for showers.
@@CleanThatUpI have two fiberglass tubs. It’s so hard to clean. My contractor suggested to replace both of them. I can’t afford it

I have spots of resin built up. Is there anything I can soak the tub in to help break that stuff down?
Where do you get your specific cleaning products and equipment from?
Different stores for different products. Most of what I'm using here is from Home Depot or Amazon.
Home Depot or Amazon for Bar Keepers Friend products
The lower walls of my tub are rough and can’t remove the roughness. What can I do?
What cleaner did you use?
The name of the product is "Bar Keepers Friend".
Great idea
I can’t find this bar keepers spray anywhere
I have this same type of tub. But I have a permanent stain where I step into the tub. Nothing will clean it
Where do you find the barkeepers product?
I found it at Walmart
I dunno what would happen if you added friction and heat to lighter fluid. It might combust. 😆
Hard water stains and n my tub . I have tried many things and stain still there ugggghhh
How do you get out well water stains out your bathtub?
I'm a big can of barkeepers friend soft scrub for calcium and mineral buildup. If you have some staining I may suggest a rust specific cleaner.
