IMO 1. get sun and be in nature (sunrise, sunset at ,minimum to sync hormones n circadian rhythm, avoid staying up late in artifical light) 2. avoid chemicals, especially bad food cheap perfumes and "selfcare" products, basically anything unnatural in large amounts. 3. eat plenty of animal products, meat eggs and dairy from the healthiest animals you can find/ afford (outside raised, feed lot meat and dairy is very high in estrogen dont be a soy boy). 4. do what you love and what makes you feel vigorous and accomplished, more than just decaying away on technology 5. drink clean water with added sea salt to keep the blood and body hydrated mineralised and clean
Whole Foods. Not just animal products. Also soy doesn’t increase estrogen. It contains “phytoestrogens” which cause weak estrogenic or anti-estrogenic activity. Ironically, red meat and milk contain animal estrogen, which can disrupt your testosterone.

A good rule of thumb for eating only "whole foods" is, if it wasn't on earth 100+ years ago do not eat that shit bro!!! Ps tap water has many minerals in it, But they are inorganic minerals not good! @@leonardo9259 I started with a kettlebell, then got a set of dumbbells to increase the range of exercises, and then moved on to the gym.
I would like to contribute to NHs response, 2 years later. I started at 15 a little over one year ago, and did have "unstable gains" most notably I remember my calves getting bigger suddenly without training them, whilst when I did train them starting out my progress was essentially nothing. As well as this, my TDEE seems to have increased by 300-500 calories out of nowhere in the past months, it takes me hundreds more calories to bulk now even with (generally) lower physical activity.
Golden information
My quality of sleep is horrible in military dorms. I am unfortunate enough to be a very light sleeper. I try to get a planned 8 and a half hours every night (30 minute handicap bc of my light sleeperness) but the quality sucks. Waking up multiple times, hard to fall asleep, etc

Organic foods usually have other kinds of pesticides that are "more natural" but not "healthier". Best to look into that. Otherwise great tips.
I love hole foods... Doughnuts are my favorite! 😎
Just keep you BF relatively low (12-15%), eat healthy, sleep plenty and lift heavy. Things like tap water and microwaves have minimal, if any, significance.
True but it’s still something that pushes you back from any results.
@@koruakuma What? Tap water? Or are you refering to low body fat?
@@cg9887 the tap water.
@@koruakuma What? You seriously think tap water is gonna kill your gains? I live in Sweden so maybe I'm oblivious, but is your tap water really that bad?
@@cg9887 Dude América water is hot ass. Like it’s horrendous. Sweden and the other Scandinavian states have the purest water in the planet.
The best food i can get with protein are:
Eggs, i get them organic or very close to it
Dairy, yoghurt and milk especially greek yoghurt.
Meat, but currently much of it is frozen, i still cook it and prepare it and put it together with organic fruits and such. But it is hard getting better.
Tap water idk, there is much evidence that the 500x more expensive bottled water is worse due to plastic andf more.
Getting a steel filter is best.

I was searching for a good Walterfilter since quite a while. So i red about the reverse osmosis and aktive carbon systems. But many products seem like some overprized scam to me. Can u recommend some systems u used?
I stay away from the microwave because cooking everything in the pan just tastes a shitload better.
Microwaves are good for cutting though, eliminate butter & oil.
Idk if you answered this, but i have a cutting question. Bulk from 160 to 212, since march 2019, i started cutting. Took a while im now ay 160 looking way better. But i still have have unwanted love handles, floaty, etc. Is it normal for a cut to take long towards the end? I dont wanna est less than 2000 im starving as it is. Should i be patient?
Do you went form 160 to 212 and now your back to 160?
Yes, you can also do fasting
This happened to me too. But i was in a mini cut so i started the bulk again
@@calebpatten151 2016 i ate over 3000 calories, at 5'6 it was too much for me. Got all the wy to 212lbs. It took me a year and a half of a slow cut to get down to where i am now. Trying to get 15%
Be patient yeah. Probably should have recomped at 200-212 for a while(consolidate the gains). Just gaintain for a while at new bw now I’d say
IMO
1. get sun and be in nature (sunrise, sunset at ,minimum to sync hormones n circadian rhythm, avoid staying up late in artifical light)
2. avoid chemicals, especially bad food cheap perfumes and "selfcare" products, basically anything unnatural in large amounts.
3. eat plenty of animal products, meat eggs and dairy from the healthiest animals you can find/ afford (outside raised, feed lot meat and dairy is very high in estrogen dont be a soy boy).
4. do what you love and what makes you feel vigorous and accomplished, more than just decaying away on technology
5. drink clean water with added sea salt to keep the blood and body hydrated mineralised and clean
Whole Foods. Not just animal products. Also soy doesn’t increase estrogen. It contains “phytoestrogens” which cause weak estrogenic or anti-estrogenic activity. Ironically, red meat and milk contain animal estrogen, which can disrupt your testosterone.
@@EricLewandowski-vn7ky soy plant creates chemicals that disrupt animal body so it doesnt eat it. not one single animal in nature eats soy. east Asian cultures traditionally only ate it fermented and in very small amounts if even at all. its designed to make animals infertile dont try to modern soyence mathematical garb your way out of it. red meat and milk can contain synthetic estrogen if they are poorly raised animals, good quality animal products only contain animal based estrogen, which is good for the body and the body easily regulates it, doesnt tank testosterone, that is a retarded claim.
@@EricLewandowski-vn7ky i agree to include some whole plant foods as eating only animal products is almost too healthy and causes the body to start cleansing and your performance and energy will not be optimal for physical activity/ life in general.

How healthy is the food from the Farm at Langley?
A good rule of thumb for eating only "whole foods" is, if it wasn't on earth 100+ years ago do not eat that shit bro!!! Ps tap water has many minerals in it, But they are inorganic minerals not good! I drink distilled water only now& minerals come from foods no need for supplementing you easily can hit the RDA for most minerals&vitamins through diet alone!

A lot of confirmation bias in the video. Would be nice if you backed up some claims like tap water, microwave with scientific evidence.
it's public access knowledge, you can find studies that defend that. However you'll also find studies that defend the opposite (surprise, surprise, welcome to science), so check where you live for tap water conditions, dig around and decide for yourself. Same thing for the microwave, in the end try it and see how it goes.
The water is common sense. Do you know where the water is traveling through? Dirty pipes. Not only that, it has hella fluoride which has been proven to lower iq, prevent growth in all aspects, like height and muscle ect. The microwave claim is also common sense, at least to me. Microwaves have so much fucking radiation. You sure you want high levels of radiation on your food? Doesn’t seem right. Look at the ancestor’s. Never used microwaves or consumed any radiation and they were big as *FUCK.*
