I did 20 reps at 225 at 181 @ 16 years old, not so lean like Alex. But to put it into perspektive, among the group of maybe 10 to 15 guys at that age that trained hard I had 2 guys around me at the same age doing more reps. One of us did 20 at 245 , he was heavier tho, and the other one did maybe 21 or 22 so very close but was lighter than me but only 5 feet 2. Alex would be a lot a stronger if he trained before all this influencer bullshit started where people that not have veins on their abs and striations in the glutes Are out of shape. The area I grew up had maybe 100.000 people and this was before everyone trained in gyms so early. The first years you train you should eat a LOT to milk those noobie gains, and back then we read about like the "galloln of milk a day" and such :D Alex has been smart lately to gain a bit of weight, he would be a unit in time if he keeps it up.
that is very impressive at your weight Alex, I am not sure how old you are but if you work on that for a few months and just progressively overload using dumbells and not a barbell then go back to progressively overloading on a barbell your bench press will go up really fast. I am guessing you are benching around 285, I guarantee you hit 315 if you try. That is what I did to get through my 295 Plateau and it worked. I am up to 335 now but it's taken me all year basically to climb from 315 to 335. I couldn't get 295/300 for a long time man! I was at 191llbs as well, now about 202-204 so I'm sure that made a difference.

That happens bc with drugs you basically have permanent noob gains, don’t gotta take sets as close to failure to grow meaning you aren’t as much strength adaptations over time
