Pick the chicken with the Up arrow + most double circle/circles. Bet on all the possible permutations in "Dividend List" with the chosen chicken as the first placed chicken. In this example was chicken 5. Its not 100% foolproof but very consistent. If you lose everything reload save.

Personally, this was wildly inconsistent on Short races, however on Mid and Long distance races I had much more consistent results, so I'd recommend betting more on those. You can shift the race type if it's Short by just starting the race without betting, so that's nice.
i actually get more wins on short, but its a good idea to refresh the races not only to get the short/mid/long but also to get better chickens with more bad chickens so the odds of winning are better.

eve better... just bet on the trifectas and exactas for the two birds that look they're a lock. If there aren't two obvious birds just exit and come back in until there are. So for example 1 and 3 look good, just bet on the 1-3 and 3-1 trifectas and exactas.

Nope, still don't get it. I can tell which chicken looks the most promising, but when it comes to betting, I've no idea what the stats mean...
we are betting on who is the 1st place chicken and the placing of the subsequent 4 chickens. but because we cannot predict what sequence the 2nd-5th place chicken will be, we bet on every single possible permutation. the total cost is 300x24 but if we win, we get back 20-30k which makes back the amount we put in. not sure which stats you are unsure of , maybe i can help if you explain a bit on what you are unsure of.

@@SpaceCattttt it has nothing to do with which he thinks will win. You go to the last menu in the Dividend section. And bet on every single outcome
Doesn't work, bet on the chicken with most double circles 10+ times and its never won once
agree that you might get losing streaks but i get about 200-300 k tokens per hour on average. sometimes its better to exit the screen and refresh the chickens if there are too many other chickens with circles as well.
Trust me, I feel your pain; it took me well over an hour to finally start seeing decent wins. From what I've read; it's supposedly better to bet on the chickens with the lowest single buy returns(and most circles). Now condition does play a factor, but this is what has helped me so far.
After checking which Chickens have the lowest single buy payouts, you simply bet on all possible outcomes for your chosen Chickens in the last dividends tab(as Mr Doggie has been so kind to point out in previous comments).

Also, make sure that you exit the race and save each time you hit it big; this way if you hit a losing streak (or lose big) you can reload and try again.
