I've been loving this game so far. I know there are a lot of people having performance issues on pc, but I haven't run into any myself. Hopefully, this gets fixed because I hate to see a game as fun as this recieve such negative reviews solely because of performance issues.
@h2thaog558 I don't know that much about computers, I bought a custom-made computer from meta pc. I think the specs were 32 gb ram, 3060ti graphics card, and I can't remember the rest. I'm at work right now, so I can't check.
Not just pc my series x is moving like a s at certain points. Usually is smooth but its the audio and spam that get everything jumbled sometimes. Goes away after a mission but still annoying
@@h2thaog558 I, too, don't have many performance issues. Some stutters or slight drops every couple hours but nothing too crazy. My specs are 2070 super, 32gb ram and Intel core i7 9700F 3.00GHz and running on an SSD.

I don't like when you upgrade to a new weapon and the inherited skill that the new weapon has can't be removed at that moment... And one more thing the max inherent skill is 2 and inherited skill is 5, then why is there space for an extra slot that can make it 3 and 6.
Got the game 3 days ago. Kun Fu Chicken was an awesome fight. I broke all its parts after it triple kicked me off a cliff and I got mad. Haha😂 awesome guides.
Thanks a bunch cotton, this will help once I start playing tomorrow. Downloading right now. Plan on playing with friends. So will probably stay low rank until we all can play together.
So should I just ignore all the negative comments and doubts my friends are telling me because Iv really been excited for this game and I’m getting nervous to buy/play it
I've had no problems on XBOX, but sounds like every other platform is having issues, so maybe wait in that regard. It's pretty fun tho. The weapon movements are a lot more limited, but creative use of hunting tools fills that gap and is pretty interesting. Camera sucks and the combat is pretty floaty and weightless, but I've overall been having a great time.
That’s what I did and I’m on pc, so far there is optimization issues but aside from that the game is pretty fun and it’s more difficult then I thought.
It has optimization issues on PC, but with some tweaks you can get around it. It won't be as pretty as it should be until the patch comes out next week (hopefully fixing the optimization issues). But it plays fine and is a lot of fun.
i did the 10h ea play trial (which i highly rrecommand u to do )and i had between 50-30 fps, im running a rtx 3070 and a ryzen 5600x for reference. it is super fun , but if we get the patch next week, it should be fine.
should I buy it now?? Really want to play this game, but I'm afraid of these performance issues players are talking about... I don't want to wait for the devs to fix it when I've already bought it
The performance issues aren't as bad as people are making them out to be (NOTE: I'm an NES-era gamer, so I never got spoiled by smooth 60 FPS for most of my life). If you are hitting issues, for whatever goddang reason, you want to turn the output setting for audio from Stereo to 5.1/7.1. It helps a ton
Yeah it feels like it got rid of MHs clunky and needlessly slow combat while also adding some QoL stuff like with a drawn weapon not moving like a snail and being able to pick up stuff with a weapon out.
Monster Hunter is better in every way but that doesnt mean WH is a bad game. The Performance is bad on every Plattform. The only ppl saying that it's OK dont know what to look for or play at 30 fps and call the gameplay "smooth"
@@SCYN0 Define better in every way. Did I miss something? Where's the skill explanation? Sorry, but the title is misleading. I expected an in depth guide on what skills do what in the game.
Yeah I don’t like how the armor literally all looks excessively Japanese If the only weapons in the game were the umbrella and katana then OK fine But why do I gotta look like a damn samurai when I’m swinging around a giant hammer? I like it better how in monster hunter the armor looks like the monster you killed to make it

Good lord I didn't think this game would be so tough until I fought the chicken and monkey lol. You will get knocked a ton.
yeah the first 3 Kemono are deceptively easy while the Dolphin-Squirrel and Doomrooster are much harder
Kungfu Chicken gives me nightmares and Angry FireMonke is hell itself.
The dropkick chicken ain’t nothing compared to the lava monkey

Does anyone know if the manifestation release skill is worth keeping for the katana, not sure if it enhances your attack or your charged up attack
I too would like to know this. Also does anybody think stacking savage +1 on armor pieces is worth it or not?
Aw man I really like how the kimono path chest piece looks though... But I also don't want to die in two hits so I guess I got no choice.
What’s the difference between lunging pummeling and slashing?
Man went into the charater creator and said "I don't know, man, just fuck my shit up". 🤣
and how do you expect ppl to get light stone to make it to the icetusk upgrade on the weapon in early game ??
Just picked the game up recently and I've been wondering that as well.
This game is feeling really good so far.
U love People that play on 30fps that say it runs smooth and they have no Performance issues
Does anyone know if a skill that gives 30% claw damage, essentially just adds 30% more to the raw/elemental damage on the weapon?
How’s the game so far? Gameplay wise. Not performance.
Awesome!
