Canning on Induction! Let's Make French Onion Soup

  • Today we're preserving part of the onion harvest by canning up French onion soup! It was 93 degrees the day I made this, so while we aren't necessarily looking forward to soup anytime soon, we'll be so grateful to have homemade fast food come fall and winter!
