Hi Scott. Thanks for your post, I am attempting to set up my 8X8X8 meat cooler with this setup. I watched your video and attempted to set it up with the settings you stated. The left, red side, I was able to set it the same as you did. The right, blue side, will not go into the negative digits. You alluded to a video you were going to release helping people program this controller. Any time-line on the release of that video? My controller did not have any instructions with it. Thanks again!
@@jerrywilliams2820 Are you using a STC3008? I've had lots of interest on the STC, Ill try and get around to the video this week. I sure hope they havent change the unit. I know I simply held the Red side down during programming and mine goes below zero.

Yes, that is the unit I got off of Amazon. The left side goes below zero, the right side goes to zero and stops.
