Mam Xa --> amount of absorbed drug..
And why it is mentioned as amount of unabsorbed drug? ( above IV equation )

XA is the amount of absorbed drug, but in general case of first order equation the amount of drug remaining to be absorbed or unabsorbed drug is represented as Xa. That equation is monoexponential and represents first order equation.You can go through previous videos of one compartment iv bolus.
