I grew-up doing Yoga with my dad; although he was very”2 days a week” attending his Yoga group class, I didn’t quite have the same commitment as he did…but they are such wonderful memories I cherish! My illness has slowed down my having a scheduled plan for each week, I loed this set of Yoga stretches you used! This really makes me want to do Yoga so much more than I do, and I know that doing so will help me in so many ways. I tried this video last night. I have very tight hip flexors and I know part of it is due to stress. I felt SO good after the exercises and huge bonus I had a very good night sleep. Not only was my sleep deep but I also slept all through the night. I did this video again this morning. I am going to try to do it every morning and evening. It's only 10 minutes. That's doable. Thank you so much for this video! I will definitely be looking for more of your videos! Xoxo from France 💜

Honestly this routine is exactly what I needed! Pain in lower back, shoulders, neck, and hips have been constant and I didn't even realize the physical effects from the chaos of Covid.
