He's 41 years old, playing like he's 31... has over $150 million of HIS money in the bank, a beautiful wife to lie next to at night, beautiful children, a great career, great teammates, the best head coach in history, a team owner who refers to him as "son," oooh...THAT'S why haters hate him...
@Sad Blob: once a person has over $100 million in the bank...does it even matter anymore??? Tom's a very wealthy man whose still playing football because he loves it!
I think his success has a lot to with his band work instead of weights, his manic electrolyte intake, and lots of water. Other stuff is trendy errors, like the CHINA STUDY guy, anti-SALT. If he ate more salt he wouldn't have to take gallons of water a day, cuz salt helps us hold water. Desert people's knew this.
It sounds more complicated than it is. Food combining has been around since the 70s (at least) and the rest is just steering clear of (his) inflammation triggers. Makes sense.
Decrease or eliminate animal products and increase whole food fiber and inflammation drops. It’s why all these plant based athletes are showing quicker healing times.
keeping his kids away from these things will only lead them to over eat these fast food once they become independent and tastr something that they never have before plus its easily affordable. exposing kids to the many options around them and explaining that every once in a while these foods are in good flavor but there are risks and moderation is key.
I agree to an extent. Once they reach that type of independence, they might go and try all those foods but being brought up this particular way could prevent them from going overboard. For me, when i'm eating strict, my body rejects almost all the junk I used to eat before. In a way, i'm almost forced to stay super strict with my diet because of the way my body reacts. Same thing could apply to them. They could feel sick, gross, lethargic etc. to many things that are unhealthy and unnatural. Especially things like fast food. So while it may be an experience for them, they also might not be so inclined to chase those types of meals ALL the time, ya know?
You're an idiot. If you instill a lifestyle while children are young then they are far more likely to follow that lifestyle into adulthood. He is not depriving his children of anything but poison. If you think that is somehow a bad thing then you're close to being braindead.
The kids would be so used to healthy diet that their bodies simply would not tolerate junk food. Kids would not even find junk food that tasty, except for maybe occasional eat outs. I am speaking from personal experience with my kids.
Chill out Tom. Kids have been drinking coke and milk for over a hundred years and lived a nice long life. Don't shelter them too much and let them enjoy being kids. Sincerely, Todd marinovich.
while lots of veggies is good, his diet seems a little flaky and unaffordable. it also blows me away how he can play in the NFL with no "gains", i am a mildly competitive gym goer of 40 and my physique is better than mr.brady's.
I feel like his omitting of starchy veggies, dairy, and scant meat inclusion would leave him under the recommended DV of fat-soluble vitamins but maybe he gets them through the nuts and fish. Either way it obviously works for him, everyone is a little different.
I tried this for 8 weeks and I felt weak and sickly I'll couldn't even lift 10 lbs and I'm a dood don't do this is just media lies he's eating other stuff on the side without us knowing
Do you think you could eat like Tom Brady for a week?
Only if I can borrow his chef for a week
yeah only if you can be my chef !!
I could if i got paid what a cock sucking cheating superbowl QB makes. Funny thing he won't be raising men just soy boys in ballerina out fits.
@zachary fox Vegetables and lean meat are cheaper than shitty processed food, idiot.
I couldn’t eat like Tom Brady; I’m not into making out with my son

Tom Brady is an Anime Villian
Lucky for him he's rich enough to eat every bat shit crazy fad diet
its not a fad, and its something HE invented not followed. I lost 30 IBS of fat on it.
BRUHH
It's not a new concept and he grows most of his own food in his backyard.
All i see are a bunch of excuses in the comments.
@@soraya2848 keyboard warrior lmao 😂😂😂😂
I’d be broke if I tried his diet

I would eat that way too if I could afford it.
not everything in his diet is crazy expensive the video says he has a garden in his house that he maintains with his wife and kids.
Mark Ziegler get a link card
I would eat that way too but I’m not Tom Brady I’m just a normal dude with nothing to prove plus I don’t have a lot of money so whatever is cheap lol
That thumbnail gets the award fot the worst photoshopped thumbnail.

Exactly. Food ferments in your stomach causing all kinds of G.I. problems if you don't implement food combining.
Decrease or eliminate animal products and increase whole food fiber and inflammation drops. It’s why all these plant based athletes are showing quicker healing times.
He obviously has the resources and financial means to afford his lifestyle and diet.
@Cassius He's not vegan though. They said in this vid he eats grass fed steaks
Its actually not that expensive to eat healthy.
Edward Smith yeah but his diet and lifestyle is
He’s my hero
To be a top athlete you have to be dedicated
So the secret is personal chef and high end grocery stores. Got it.

I guess I wont be going over to his house for dinner anytime soon with that menu of nasty items
hockeyguy2424 same 😂
Yeah I would decline that invite as well.
4real
I will go..but to go play wide receiver and QB with him..😁
And that's why you aren't a NFL QB
It would have been a lot funnier if you said Brady Bunch.
He definitely did hit the genetic jackpot, though.
Bone broth for snack lmao
Goat
Tom Brady is very discipline.

Will it fix butter fingers though
I'll save you 4:40 of your time, he eats food like any living thing out there.
Cool
He loves hot dogs is the scuttlebutt on the street . He has to take the hormone tablets that Gisele makes him take every day
Well wouldn’t it be nice for all of us to have a private chef.
Eating healthy does not require a chef..and if you read a cookbook you should be able to cook it
So perfect good healthy well 👋👋🙌

That's because he only trains with resistance bands not weights.

Crazy everyone says there’s no plant based athletes yet 2 of the greatest athletes ever Messi and Brady are both mostly plant based
Yup. And it’s evolving at all levels. The data is finally coming in and meaningful.
Himalayan pink salt??? Wtf??
This is absolutely rediculious if you think about where the once great game of football has come to. Personal chefs and hummus! LOL.
u made no sense
Sure he's fit now, but wait until dementia and arthritis sets in at 50. You cannot eat sports injuries away.
Lol weirdo
God bless you tom Brady
I bet he is Blood Type A

Great diet! A shame he has to cheat on the football field to win..
I guess baby goat isn't one of those meats!
