Absolutely gorgeous 🥰 i have always shyed away from wearable but i love that way that you are always encouraging not to go by pattern but by measurement of your own body and fit. Your tutorials are the best around no matter if it's blankets or sweaters or anything! I love your cable/braids better than anyone else's out here! Thank you Bonnie 💜 i can't wait for this pattern to be my first sweater!
Thank you Karen! I hope you enjoy this one!
Really beautiful! It looks comfortable too, since unlike some crochet sweaters it's not bulky.
Thank you Anna! That's the beauty of using a fingering weight yarn. This is my favorite weight of yarn for crochet sweaters.
Oh Bonnie that sweater is sooooooo beautiful.
Thank you!
Good morning 🌄 🌞 blessings ☕ beautiful 🤩 pattern 🌹 thank you 👍🏾
Thank you Shettikka!
Bonjour Bonnie, MAGNIFIQUE ❤. Merci pour le tuto.
This sweater is gorgeous! Thank you 😊
I love your patterns and your tutorials, you make everything so easy the way you describe things. Thank you so much ❤
My pleasure!
Amazing video, Thank you. I'll see if I can get wool to give this a try. We don't get all the fancy wool you get here in Douth Africa.
Any fingering weight yarn should work for this one.
Beautiful ❤
I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE FRIDAY FOR THIS PATTERN!!!!

BeautifuI pattern ....wish U used a white background ...my eyes are not that great....thank U for your wonderful tutorials ....
Will it work to start out with foundation double crochet instead of a chain?
Just finished your Easter Throw and am now hooked on the braided cables and Celtic weave so knew this sweater would be added to my project list. The only yarn I had on hand to start with was Big Twist party which is a thinner 4 weight. Did a swatch and adjusted the numbering of the pattern to accommodate then started it - it will definitely be a winter sweater with long sleeves. I would like to make one in fingering weight with 3/4 length sleeves for summer but am having difficulty finding an affordable fingering weight yarn that is not wool; any suggestions? Size 2XL
Great question Judith! I'm making a summer sleeveless version right now using the Universal Yarn's Bamboo Pop Sock yarn. I am making it one size larger to be sure the cotton doesn't shrink too much from washing. You will need only about 4 balls of this yarn and it is definitely cheaper than the wool I used, but still a higher quality for a wearable.
Ur patterns r awesome, like this one but can you turn them into cardigans. I mean front open sweaters
Would require a redesign, but I am coming out with another cardigan soon!
Magnifica ❤❤
HI BONNIE, l tried to find this knitting symbol ( km) what does that mean or how do you do it. I love the sweater you made my body would look like a big sausage in that one. What state are you in, l'm in WA.
Not sure what km refers to in regards to knitting. I'm in MD.
White background was better. Beautiful sweater!!
I only have 2500 yards of a particular yarn left. Do you think it would be enough or does it really require the full 2600? Thank you.
You should be fine.
@@BonnieBayCrochet thank you so much for replying 💕 I've started on it now 😊
Is this what’s called a fingering weight ?
Yes it is. It is also referred to as a "sock" weight, or a #1 size yarn on the US yarn sizing chart.
@@BonnieBayCrochet Wonderful, thank you, Bonnie. I have the perfect yarn for it on the way!
Round 4 11:30
What cyc weight is this yarn?
This is a fingering/sock or #1 weight yarn.
