Heya Danny, still loving the reels from you. The one we got dad for Christmas turned out to be the best gift ever. Great video, hope you’re doing great!
Respect the opinion on tipping a bag on a bead but man i have caught so many on a bead and bag combo, they absolutely hammer the bead and bag at the same time.
I got out today for the first time this fall on a Lake O trib. I started hunting 4 years ago so that takes up most of my time until mid December. Ive never seen so many cars in the lot on Dec 16th on a Monday. The 47° weather i guess helps. Anyway, found a apot caught my first Coho ever. (On my Colville) Decent day. Whats the outlook for steelhead this coming winter and spring if they are already spawn. Just back to the lake or will they come back in?
I don't totally understand everybody's obsession with steelhead. I spent the fall fishing for walleye and musky until the streams finally got some flow the last week of November and people could spread out. Don't get me wrong steelhead are fun, but Western NY/PA is excellent fishing for a whole host of other species. I even promote the fishing on my YT but I still didn't see a soul out on the rivers this fall. 40 minutes to the North and 100% of the areas land-based fishermen are crowded around the holes on the Cattaraugus 🤔 I guess I shouldn't complain, I'll take a few hundred views instead of a few thousand and keep the walleye/Esox fishing for myself!
Im a lake erie on the canadian side steelheader and its fun over here, no stocking of fish at all, all wild fish, sometimes its busy but definetely not as busy as the US side of erie😂
It's wild how you gotta shout out the name of the company. Just say a chartruse bead or an orange bead. No company is better than another color is color
I wouldn't say Ontario tribs are any more difficult than Erie tribs for hooking and landing steelhead. Here's a video clip of my son landing one of the many browns he hooked and landed just a few weeks ago, in late Nov - ua-cam.com/video/papbOhtcmk4/v-deo.html - we hooked 30 and landed over 20 (steelhead included) that day, local Ontario trib.
@@giand5719 Been on all of them...some are more sparsely populated than others, but I've done well and have had banner days on every Ontario trib I've fished.
Great video thanks for sharing 😊

Oh man, I can't wait for Chromium to come back. I'll deff be keeping an eye out, cause this other speckled line just isn't the same as the OG.

Do you make reels for people who aren’t part of the LGBT community too?

Lmfaooooooo spoken like a true snagger
Anyone can catch steelhead in lake erie tribs. Try high pressure ontsrio tribs if ur an actual good fisherman. Try it. Overrated
Anyone can catch a fish in Ontario tribs. You should actually try learning how to spell. Try it. Under educated

@@TaylorSpraungel Come to the North side on a Lake Ontario trib. You'll get humbled real quick.
@ come to a lake superior tributary with 100% wild reproduction and zero stocking throughout almost the lake and you will be humbled real quick
