Sara Lynn I was wondering if you have any tips on cooking up a flavourful lamb tajine ; we have a new halal butcher in town and I got beautiful lamb shoulder chunks and I’m used to making a tajine w/ beef or chicken but never tried it w/ lamb before but my husband and I love the sweet flavour of a good raised young lamb ❤🤤
In my experience, it will work well 🍲: the lamb will melt in your mouth, there will be NO leftovers! 😸
