    Thank you for the information. I did notice one issue with the assembly of my desk. The instruction manual clearly states to plug in the 8 pin connector first and then the 110 power cord. However, the two yellow tags on the desk top say just the opposite. It instructs you to plug in the power cord first. I called the customer service line and they put in a technical request whereas I would get a response in 24-48 hrs!!. So I followed the instruction manual, connected the 8 pin connector and then plugged in the 110 power cord. (Figured I had a 50/50 shot at being correct. Since the table works fine, I guess this was the correct sequence. (John)

    Thanks so much for the great video and instructions. Just installed my Tresanti today. My only observation about your video is that the model I received had 5 screws for the A section to attach the leg near the motor. Otherwise everything was perfect. I think they should recommend your video with the instructions for the desk. Desk is working fine so far, I love the size. I was able to unbox it and assemble it myself but did need a hand flipping it onto its legs. Thanks again.

    Hi! Great review. Is it easy to flip the desk over after installing the legs, as in how heavy is it? Can one person do it or does it require two?

    • @GoodCleanReviews
      @GoodCleanReviews  3 роки тому

      Hi Ashley. The table is a bit heavy, 102 pounds. Since it has metallic and glass parts involved. So my recommendation is that if you are installing it by yourself and you can handle the box it came in then flipping it should not be too hard. Just put it together where you need it and then just flip it up. Good luck!

    Hi, I got mine two days ago. It has been awesome! up until an hour ago. For some reason, I hear a high pitch beeping sound (or electric running sound) coming from the battery underneath the desk top. Please let me know if you hear that too.

    How do I charge my phone it’s not working

    • @GoodCleanReviews

      It's induction charging so if the table is powered on with the wall socket then all you need to do is place your phone on the charging round area for it to charge. This is also assuming your phone supports induction charging as not all phones support it. Good luck!

      Thats a great question Vivek. Short answer is no I don’t have a recommendation at this time and continue to have cables run behind the desk which can be an eyesore if you have quite a few of them like I do. However it doesn’t cause a problem with the functionality. Perhaps the next version of the table would address it.
