I haven't gotten a chance to make an update video, but here are answers to the questions I've been asked about the desk!
1. Would you mind giving me the length/width dimensions of the desktop? How long is the desk? Can you tell me the measurements? Would you be able to tell me the depth of the desk from the widest point and one from the middle of where it curve?
Width - 47.3 inches (a little under 4 feet long)
Length - 22 inches
Lowest Height - 29.5 inches
Tallest Height - 46.7 inches
Per the manufacturer, the “lift range is 29.4inches to 47 inches)or 75cm to 120cm”
21.4 inches at the most curved point
2. Is the desk a good size?
Yes, it can hold my full set-up with my laptop, two monitors, a keyboard, a large mousepad and a room for a notepad or laptop on the side. You do need to lock the desk to use the space where the controls are.
3. Weight limit
Max load is 100 pounds (45.4kg)
4. How can you change the programmed heights to be different heights?
Yes. You can change the height up and down or program three different heights to adjust the height at the touch of a button.
5. Do you know how the timer works?
It’s a basic timer that goes for 120 minutes I believe. It then goes off to remind you to change heights. I rarely use it.
6. How wobbly is the desk when it’s at full height?
It’s not wobbly at all if you are using it normally. If you shake the top of the desk, it will wobble a bit, but it’s not so unstable that anything will fall down. You would have to be pretty tall to use it at the top height. Definitely be careful if you do extend it to the full height.
7. Do you think the desk can hold 2 dual big monitors?
My desk setup holds two 23-inch monitors and a laptop.
8. What to do about errors with the desk?
I haven’t had an issue with errors. But, Costco has a lifetime warranty on most items. Check with them about returning or having the desk serviced.
9. Does the wireless charging piece stick up from the desk?
It only sticks up just slightly. I lock the desk and put a notebook in that spot sometimes and I haven’t had any issues.
10. Does it support dual monitor arms?
In my opinion, it would be a bit difficult to mount monitors on this desk. For one, the topi s glass. Two, the desk itself is pretty thick.
11. How has the desk been with the crossbar at the bottom?
I’m 5’4’’ and I rest my feet on the crossbar. My dog also sits behind it and rests his head on it, so it hasn’t been a problem for me. But, if you are taller, it might be inconvenient because you can’t really stretch your legs out.
12. How much does the desk cost?
I paid $229.00 on sale around Christmas December 2020. I recently saw it in Costco for $249.00 and online it is priced around $299.00
13. Is it currently cheaper online?
It’s actually cheaper in store.
14. Which Costco location did I buy my desk at?
I purchased mine at the Greenway location in Houston. As of June 2021, they had lots of them in stock.
15. Did my desk power on right away?
Yes, just make sure the wires are plugged in under the desk and that the desk itself is plugged into a power outlet.

Can you put monitor arm to this table. Does this table support the arm clamp.
Thanks for the great video! How wobbly is this desk when it's at full height? I hate it when standing desks are fully heightened and constantly shaking when you type or try to write by hand on paper.
Sorry for the delayed reply. It's not wobbly at all. The desk is pretty heavy, which makes it stable. I used it at full height just yesterday.

It's just slightly sticks out, but it's not noticeable.
I have issues with the drawer sliding out every 5 minutes - some mechanism seems off and I've seen similar comments on the Costco site. Anyone else have this issue and a fix for it?

These just showed up here in the 505 and i am on the edge of getting one. Do you know if this will support dual monitor arms? I am afraid of any tipping
I use it with two monitors, but if your monitor arm has to grip the desk I'm not sure if it will work because the desktop is glass. If you have a nearby Costco, you can check out the display unit and take measurements.
How Sturdy is it? does it wobble? I notice you have it on carpet? And do you find a difference in sturdiness based on height? Or solid in any position? Thank you for your thorough video.
It's pretty sturdy in any position. It's quite a heavy desk due to the weight of the motor in the desktop, so that helps. After using it for a few months, I still like it very much. You are very welcome!

Hi, thanks for the video, In the bottom drawer can we keep keyboard and mouse and use it? i see there are partitions in the drawer are those removable to make space to put keyboard and mouse ?
I’m a bit late on this but the partitions are not removable. It would be a tight fit for a keyboard and mouse but I’ll check.

No, I haven’t noticed that.
What is the width of the desk from the outside of the feet instead of the top?
Do you feel that the desk is a good size? I'm used to having a 60" desk, I hope they offer bigger sizes...
It's not as big as my Alex desk, but it works for me with two monitors, my laptop, and keyboard. There isn't a lot of room left to hold a notebook, etc. for taking notes.

I use the cross bar as a foot rest because my feet don’t reach the ground. I’m 5’ 1” so I have to raise my chair at the highest level so that I can reach the top of the desk at it’s lowest level. 😂 overall I really love this desk.
It doesn’t bother me. I also use it as a foot rest but I’m only 5’ 4”. If I were taller it might be an issue because if you are tall it will get in the way of you stretching your legs out. My dog sits behind it while I work.
How can you change the programmed heights to be different heights?
Had to look this up myself. 1. Raise/lower desk to desired height. 2. Press/hold H1 button for 3+ seconds until it starts blinking. 3. Repeat with H2, H3.
Do you know how the timer works? I can't find the instructions and now I don't know how to use it! 😅 Thanks!
I haven’t used it much but I’ll check the instructions. I still have them. I’m going to post and update video this week.
I just realized I never posted an update. You just hit the timer and it goes for 120 minutes or so to remind you to change heights. I rarely use it.

I’m trying to buy a monitor mount to put on this desk but I can’t find how thick the actual desk top is cause the monitor mount clamp can only open so wide.
Did you end up finding a mount that fit? Just purchased desk and this will be next item needed. Thanks!
@@wnseven7716 yes I did, I got it off Amazon called the vivo single monitor desk mount I got the extra tall one cause I have my main monitor and my other monitor on top of it.
Great video! Got mine today and I’m no longer intimidated about the assembly. Have you used dry erase markers on the desk top? I heard that was a feature too.
It is, but for I never found a need to use it. I'll try it and report back when I do an update video.

Hmmm...did you change phones? Are you using it with our without a case? Mine charges really well with my iPhone 13 and a case I bought from Apple. It didn't work that well when I had an iPhone XS.

It can hold two monitors but not two very big ones. It would be a tight fit.

What model car do you have? I have a Honda Accord…wondering if it will fit??
I have a Honda Civic. Although the seats lay flat, the opening between the trunk and the car is pretty narrow, that's why it wouldn't go all the way through. Hope that helps.
Do you find that it is too easy to adjust the height? It seems like those buttons should be on the side, not the surface so you don’t lose the ability to use that space on the desk or accidentally touch it throughout the day
Hello! There is a "lock" button on the side that stops you from accidentally adjusting the desk during the day. I use that area fine with the lock button on.
Is the crossbar at the bottom detachable?
No, it's not.
Does anyone know if it’s cheaper in store than online currently?
Yes, it is usually cheaper in the store. The price is back up to $299 in the store, but when I last checked, it was $349 online.

Charging, does it charge with a cover on the phone?
No, not with a regular phone cover. But, if it's one made for charging, it would work.
I’ve had my desk a month. I WAS loving it but now have E3 error. It is stuck in “top” position. I’ve disconnected the sensor as was instructed but it hasn’t worked. It now won’t move at all. It’s going back to Costco. I wouldn’t recommend buying this desk; sad to say because it was going great. I just think it should work for more than 30 days.
Oh no! Sorry to hear that. It's quite a hassle to have to return it, but since it's from Costco they should be able to honor a return or some type of warranty.
Why do you keep advertising the same exact message on each person review? You had a terrible experience, and we are sorry to hear that. But please be positive and reach out to Costco instead of spreading negativity. I am really wondering what is your motive? I hope that Costco was able to provide you with a replacement or a refund! Please let us know as I really want to purchase this desk as well...

Did yours power on right away? Is there a power button? Mine did not power on my husband checked to see if power was running through it and it is but the up and down errors won’t work I tried plugging in a usb to charge my phone to test it and it still didn’t work. please tell me if there is a power button I’m missing. I noticed the power supply has a little light but it’s not on. I saw another video and the power supply had a green light. HELP
Did you connect the power UNDER the desk.
There is cord you have to connect in order to connect the legs to the actual tabletop.

Super heavy, killed me to get it in the house, then the phone charger died. I put in a new one after calling them and waiting for it to be shipped from China. Then I was forced to modify their instructions because I had to cut the glass off the secured double tape. So that install took extra tools, a sharp knife. The the height adjustment did not work anymore because I pulled the 1/8" cable to get it to shut up once the phone charger was disconnected. Instructions were followed to reset, they do not work for me or my Costco product. Because it is stuck open, I cannot get into the box or my car to take it back. Negative 5 stars.
Oh no, sorry to hear that. It is quite heavy. I used a dolly to get it in my house. So far I haven’t had any issues with mine. I hope your new one works out well.

Goes on sale, usually at end of year. (And $100 bucks cheaper in warehouse, v. online.)

It’s small
I have another video showing my daily setup with this desk. It's enough room for my needs, but if you need writing space, there is not much room left. I take all my notes for work digitally.
that bar in the middle, between the legs looks inconvenient
So far, it hasn't bothered me. I rest my feet on it sometimes. But, my dog doesn't like it. LOL...that was his spot. If you like to stretch your feet out, it can be annoying.

For me that's a great addition 'cuz I use to step my foot into something dunno it's comfy for me and also if that's the case it makes the desk even sturdy. 😊
@@katedevlin6296 I am able to push my chair all the way in. I sometimes use it to rest my feet but is comfortable with my feet on the ground etc to. The pictures do make it look like there isn't much room but there is plenty. I love mine and am going today to get one for my daughter because she loves mine!
