Anybody else have problems getting the unit to actually use the pump? I have the side pump hose connected, and I have firmed pushed it into place, and the PUMP toggle switched on, but still it fills the bucket. Any ideas?

I have purchased this 2021 it is now 2024 high summer humidity - i empty 2 buckets a day. Still doing great. Sadly I did not know it should have parts that mist be rinsed or coolant that should be topped off. But it works Just the same as day ONE. --Girl owner😂

I confirm but get a message please plug in your usb. Strange. Can anyone give me advice? Hi, do you remember when you first assembly the unit, after plugging the power, do you hear a sound or it just quite.

I went to Lowe's to explain my problem as I only have ONE WEEK left on my warranty!! The coil only gets cool on 1/2 and does not condense moisture. Lowe's told me to contact the 877 number - what a JOKE! I expected to get a return order number, but instead, I had to fill out a form and provide pictures. The warranty is NOT handled through Lowe's where you take it in and they give you another one. Hisense processes your claim and then sends you another one right from their processing center. Be aware, that 877 number is a HUGE hassle. It takes forever to speak to a real human being and they all have thick accents making it hard to understand them. RUN to a different dehumidifier. Hisense dehumidifiers are terrible.

What does E2 error message mean? Cleaned both filters.

I purchased this unit in 2023 it worked great. This Spring when starting it up I get an error message "E2". I cleaned the air filter and water filter and still get the same error message. Can anyone help on this>

I have a Yamaha 5.1 system for about 10 yrs maybe more. It came with a wired sub woofer and I see in this video there isn't a tab/connection for that, just the other speakers. Would I need to get a new sub for this new receiver? Or get a pair of banana clips to plug the wired sub into the receiver?

ASK YOURSELF THIS: Do I really want to buy a product from a company which doesn't include the word "warranty" on their website, which has no link for requesting a repair under warranty? They have a "Contact Us" form but none of the reasons for contacting them which are offered are the one you want, namely, fix my damned dehumidifier. And when is the last time you got a reply from a company after using their sucker form? There are so many red flags with these people. The model number doesn't appear on the dehumidifier on the nameplate alongside the serial number. When you register your product, you are asked to upload your receipt. Can you guess what the one and only format is that they allow? No, it's not PDF, it's (I kid you not) JPG! They don't want a document; they want a snapshot of a document? Why am I bitching? I bought this model at Costco on 8/17/2022 and it got the oh-so-common error E9 for a faulty humidity sensor. You cannot buy a new OEM one but hundreds of knockoffs are sold on ebay, which should tell you something about the reliability of this component.. Mine is still under warranty so I was hoping to make contact with the company and get the machine working again. You might ask, "why not phone them?" I don't do phone. This is 2024 and I want a paper trail. The dehumidifier did work OK during the tropical months of the last 20 months and I'm hoping to get another 20 months' use out of this.

I'm thinking about to purchase it in Jamaica. Do you know if it would turn itself back on after a power outage?

I have a Hisense DH3019K1W dehumidifier. I bought it in 2021. At first, it was great... now it is useless. No warranty after 1 year. No ability to confidently repair. Dumpster bound. I did almost get 3 years out of it though, buy at your own risk.

You need to fully unwind the cord, there is a risk of it heating up if left bundled up.👍
