There is a difference with portraying something and encouraging it. Being discriminated is part of Yami's history. It adds depth to his character and it ties into how he runs his squadron. Patori's hatred for humans is also not ideological, but seated in his own tragic tale. All good fiction has comedy AND tragedy. To call Black Clover racist in the real-world sense is ridiculous and to want fiction to not reference tragic things is foolish.
